The best hot pot place in the Seattle area (comped with Hai Di Lao, Little Sheep, Chengdu Memory, and Dolar Shop). No gimmicks, good broth, fresh vegetables, super flavorful sauce bar (no watering down here). The one waiter/host is super nice and always busy when we’re in here which is during off peak hours, if that tells you anything. Fun late night market decor in the restaurant.

The broths were delicious, but the seafood and meat seemed a bit off. The shave ice is a huge disappointment, as they pre-made it, some part still frozen, and lack of syrup. Despite that, it's still worth checking out if you're in the mood for hot pot.
