Nice spot in downtown Bellevue perfect for casually socializing.

Matcha available in just about everything, tea, latte, croissant, etc

I'd recommend a visit for anyone who wants a casual get together

I order the Sakura parfait which was literally half a cup of whip cream. It also had something that tasted like pickled vegetables instead and tasted weird ... not sure if that was suppose to be in there. Was expressly disappointed given that this was $17 dollar.

Staff is extremely rude.

The matcha latte here is 40% more expensive than at T’Latte (which is literally across the street) and doesn’t taste as good

First time here and we enjoyed the parfaits!

No complaints about their food or service. The only downside is parking. We were lucky to find a parking spot right in front of the place on a Wednesday afternoon. Tried the seasonal specials roll cake. Absolutely amazing. Right amount of sweetness, nice presentation, and the mochi in the middle definitely added some more layers.

Perfect. Come here for real matcha, not the kind you find at most coffee shops. Incredible.

Nana's is a crowd favorite dessert shop, and is a destination worth the drive and parking hassle.

They always have an array of seasonal flavours which makes each visit a little surpise. Though their desserts are VERY pricey, they put a lot of attention and care into their food which makes it worthwhile once in a while, especially with special guests or visitors.

The parking is quite hard to deal with, as it's old Bellevue. It's all paid and there is no validation. The best option is to park at Bellevue Square Park's free lots and then make the trek over if weather permits.

The downside is it's self bussed. At this price point I would expect staff to take care of the table.

I got light ice in my matcha latte and they purposely did not fill it up to the top and left about a quarter of the cup empty. I also got strawberry puree in it as well as they put the thinnest layer as humanly possible and I didn’t even taste any strawberry in it at all. It was a waste of money and I’m extremely disappointed because I’m a returning customer too :(

I come here often and usually have a great experience, but today was disappointing. It seemed like the owner cared more about being right than making things right for the customer. I placed my order at the kiosk, and the ticket somehow said both “hot” and “lite ice.” A staff member called me up to confirm, and I told her I wanted the drink hot—she nodded and went on with the order.

When I got the drink, it was lukewarm. I brought it back to the counter, and another woman (I believe the owner) offered to remake it, which I appreciated. But instead of leaving it at that, she came over with the ticket, pointing out the conflicting instructions and explaining why she made it lukewarm. At that point, I wasn’t interested in assigning blame—I had already clarified my order. I just wish the focus had been on making the customer happy rather than proving a point.
