The soft serve is $7.50 and they barely fill it. The top barely made it above the cone and it was not filled through the cone. Not at all like they show on Instagram. Very stingy and marketing should show realistic video of the cone!

Update: More and more I realize that the ice cream is served in cups so that the center is hollow. Not the first time this has happened. Not entirely sure if this is by accident or design, but it feels like one is getting less value these days. Changing from 5 to 4 stars with a bump down in the service category.
Original review: Love the onigiri, cream filled croissants, and other pastries not to mention the yuzu soft serve on a cone, which I’m a fan of. My only issue is with the seasonal yuzu parfait that is exorbitantly priced at around $17 with tax. For what you get, it feels like it should cost half of that. It would be nice if the staff checked the availability of ingredients before charging as well, but I find the staff professional and very courteous otherwise.

I came by to this cafe and ordered the Matcha soft serve latte and a tuna mayo onigiri. What I can most definitely say, is the food is worth the price you pay.
The Onigiri was by far the best I have ever tried. I am very appreciative of the staff member who assisted me with the onigiri and have an overall welcoming and kind attitude. I would love to come back to this cafe and will be recommending it to family and friends!

I only tried the matcha puff, and WOW! This was sooooo delicious. The Nana’s team is also extremely welcoming and friendly
Cozy interior. Matcha is really good and rich. I had the soft-serve and a latte. The black sesame croissant is amazing. Will be coming back regularly.

My first time at this exceptional Green Tea house — Nana’s Green Tea…and it was a wonderful experience. ♥️?
Every staff member was friendly and helpful.???
My matcha latté was rich, it had the right creaminess, and was delectable.?
If I weren’t off of sugar, I would have seriously tried at least FOUR (4) of their Matcha pastries. ???
They even offer Matcha Tiramisu❣️???♥️??
I highly recommend checking out this boutique tea house ???☕️☕️

One major flaw/defect of this store is the chair legs. The white plastic non-slip covers look like scattered napkins on the floor from a distance. The price is high, but the cheap furnitures are not fit with this price. But food tastes good, worth a try

I love this place! Delicious Matcha drinks and desserts and a good variety of green teas. They have Genmaicha tea, which not many places have. Their matcha lattes are amazing. And their matcha puff that is present in the photo is sooo good!!!

I am a huge matcha lover so this place was a dream! I’m from Colorado where there are no quality matcha cafes so this was great! I got the hojicha warabimochi parfait which was really good. My family got the matcha warabimochi parfait, matcha latte, hojicha roll cake, matcha cream puff and matcha warabimochi soft serve which they all enjoyed thoroughly. I tried a bit of theirs which were also very good. I highly recommend this place and want to go back so bad!

The desserts here are an amazing treat and delicious yet novel. The parfaits are of course more premium than your typical ice cream but I have always found them well worth it. They are also large enough to share
The ice creams were great, although it took around 10 minutes for them to make just the two ice creams. It was a nice restaurant l, although not enough seating as it was very packed. The ice creams were also a bit expensive for what they are.

Edit: tried to give it a second chance and somehow it has gotten worse. $3.50 extra to substitute a different flavor soft-serve on top of a $16 parfait ? what's ridiculous is I was willing to pay whatever needed for substitutions but I wasn't allowed to substitute the mochi topping. Goodbye ??
I was a regular here, but the service and cleanliness has since fallen. Today I placed my medium sized order and then asked to sample the new hojicha soft-serve before ordering it, and was given attitude by the cashier. The bathroom has been messy the last couple times I stopped by, wet toilet paper unravelled all over the floor, and today the sink wasn't draining.
