Super busy spot with tasty matcha soft serve and cake rolls. The soft serve and parfaits are quite expensive for what they are, but it doesn't seem to deter enough people to have the store be less busy. The white mochi in my soft serve was not sweetened and added some good contrast to the ice cream. The soft serve and cake were both lightly sweetened (Asian dessert style), not cloying at all. I hope to be back to try the black sesame items someday.

This store seems understaffed. I ordered a matcha soft serve on a cone and the person who took my order made my order and gave it in a cup in a hurry. He was the only one serving the long line and also making the order. The soft serve was also a very pale light green, not vibrant like the Seattle store or other matcha soft serves I’ve had. Kinda disappointing

I just found this place on my recent day trip to Bellevue, lovely location, it was right next to a parking garage and a little tricky to find, but then we saw the line out the door and knew we found the right place!Staff was helpful in choosing the right dessert/drink off of their menu. I got the iced matcha latte and my husband got their matcha soft serve. Ordered to-go because the place was Packed!!We both loved what we ordered and would 100% come back for more? The quality and origin of their matcha is top notch and you can taste it in their products. Very satisfied !?

Not really a matcha person but this one is really good. It is cramped but desserts make up for it. Pastries were all out when we got there so the matcha ice cream was more than enough.

This is a super cute cafe in Bellevue! You order up front and then find a seat. If you order for here they bring it to your table, but if you order to go you pick up at the counter. There's street parking and some spots you can park in out front. This place is usually pretty busy. I have visited this location multiple times. I especially really enjoy their matcha parfait. The mochi is yummy. I would recommend the parfait for those visiting for the first time! This is definitely something you would share. I have also ordered the matcha soft serve! This is good for when you go alone. The roll cake is okay, wouldn't order it again but was good to try. They also have some onigiris and pastries. This is always an enjoyable dessert place to stop by whenever I am craving a sweet treat. I really recommend this place!

Always very impressed and nice ambiance, but today had a strange experience. Normally they give 2 scoops or 1 big scoop of matcha ice cream, but today they gave 1 super small scoop. Everything is pretty expensive so I approached the lady working and asked if I can get a bit more. Instead of adding to the small scoop, she threw it out and gave a new tiny bit bigger scoop. Strange experience because it was wasteful and she seemed unhappy to help. Normally the staff is friendly and usually a good experience.
