This is my absolute favorite bakery in Bellevue! My daughter has had her birthday cakes done by New York Cupcakes before and they always turn out absolutely gorgeous and so delicious. Their cupcakes have the best frosting and they have such a great variety of flavors.
This store is so cute, a fun vibe and the staff are always welcoming and so friendly!
As a serious hobbyist baker myself I am very particular about cake but this is some of the best cake around. We went with a small cutting cake and 4 different mini cupcakes. The only thing I knew about the design I wanted was that it NOT be fondant. They worked with us to get to what we liked but then a couple of days before they called to confirm which shade of blue we wanted and came up with a brilliant idea of how to make it really pretty.
