Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

It's unexpected, but the toast was sooo delicious!

Highly disrespectful customers come to this location. I was cut in line 100% on purpose I was with my son and a lady came up to look at the water selection then just stayed cutting me to the point I was so shocked I didn't even know what to say, the employee seemed to not care either which made my experience even worse because Nordstroms Cafe used to be the best but now I won't be coming back.

I have been going to this location for years! Everyone is friendly and helpful, Bellevue has two Ebar locations, inside and adjacent to the parking garage outside on the terrace. With the limited food options in the mall Nordstrom is a safe bet!

Vegetarian options: There are a few salad options as well as a tomato bisque option. What I like most of all is the alternatives in milk options, Oat Milk, Almond Milk, Hemp Milk etc

Kid-friendliness: A family go-to for your quick bites and late afternoon pickups.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very wide open spaces, seating is available and can be adjusted for handicapped access.

Not sure why I was treated poorly today, I’m always nice and tip. I walked up to the outside ebar and the attendant was chatting away with what looked like a friend because they were talking about a cat and sitting for it or something? I don’t know, but the point is that the attendant/cashier (blonde) looked at me and kept chatting away. Then the friend/customer? Who knows, said, “Oh, did you want to help her?” And the attendant said, “No, it’s okay, I’ll just take your order now.” And then she glared at me for some reason as she’s saying this. I was completely caught off guard and couldn’t believed she was treating me like that. So then, I walk up to order and she completely forget to put my bagel in the toaster… so I’m waiting another 5 minutes or so for that. Which she apologized for, “forgetting”. DO BETTER NORDSTROM. Hire better employees and attendants that actually enjoy their job.

Well the customer service was wonderful and the protein bars were good but the coffee was absolutely vile. I got an eggnog latte and can't even taste the eggnog itself at all just a burnt taste throughout the entire drink. Was my first time going here but I can say it was not worth going back to again for coffee but if you need a quick snack on the way out of the store I guess the protein bars are an option.

The heavyset red head was was rude and appeared dirty and disheveled. She came around the counter and I noticed she was not wearing any socks. Very disturbing experience.

lavender chai is my favorite and Food are good as well.One of the best cafe if you want to have a quick nice bite or good quality of drinks !!

Ordered honey almond latte and didn’t like it.

Receives coffee and finds it spills from the lid. Server proceeds to remedy problem, eventually resorting to using a different cup. As I leave, coffee proceeds to spill all over my car’s center console. Coffee I had was good, and the server was pretty cute, so that’s a plus. Fix the lid issue and this would be a five star review.

Best Latte in the mall.
