The lovely hostess is so warm and welcoming, makes it a pleasure to come into the restaurant. The service and food as always were impeccable. If you like crab you must have the crab bisque.

Excellent service. Ordered the sesame chicken salad and the greens were wilted and drenched in sesame dressing which overpowered the salad. Tomato soup was very good.

Hours of waiting, mistakes, billing errors, and lack of service ruined special tradition... I'm disappointed to be writing this, but after two poor experiences back-to-back, I feel it's important to share. Nordstrom Grill has always been part of a meaningful tradition for me—an annual father-daughter shopping day. This visit mattered even more because my dad's dementia has progressed. We ordered right away, then waited over 30 minutes without a single check-in while other tables were served. Finally I had to flag our server down just to ask if we could at least get the soups to start, which she acted like she forgot and then went and grabbed them. When the main food arrived, the order was wrong, adding more waiting. When it was time to leave, I had to flag down the server again. Then they swiped my card but when I received the bill to sign I noticed I was charged twice because the original order was never removed. Fixing the error took another 15 minutes and required help from a different server. We didn't ask for a discount, but were told the manager would come by to apologize and make things right. No one came and we waited another 15 when we decided to no longer wait, and despite leaving my number with the second server who said he was busy in the back and would call to make things right, I never received a call. What should have been a simple lunch turned into a long time of waiting and fixing mistakes, which meant my dad wasn't able to really shop afterward. We had to head home instead. This isn't written out of anger—just disappointment. Nordstrom is known for care and service, and this experience fell far short of that standard.

I call this my 3nd kitchen. Convenient, consistent quality food. Friendly servers, enjoyable to sit at bar and enjoy a meal and drink. Great place to meet up for a quick dinner.

The Nordstrom Grill is the perfect place for a lunch with friends; the food is well presented and delicious; and the service is always great.

Great meeting place for before or after lunch. We asked for a booth in are reservation and were happy to get one even though the place was busy Thank you

Food was delicious, 1/2 price Wednesday bottles of wine was a nice treat, wonderful service. Had a great meal and visit!

Sarah and Frank provided great service!! If you're in the mood for a special, salad, hamburger, French dip (staples) the Grill offers delicious choices that have been good for years!

Service was so fast, we love a Nordstrom restuarant for a family shopping day. They give thick kids crayons which makes all the difference if you have a toddler who colors with the strength of 7 men. That makes such a difference , good kids menu options. My beverage was so good and food was great. Always recommend

Both our meals were delicious. The fresh sheet had a wonderful variety. Excellent service, professional, friendly and efficient! We received our requested booth. My car keys accidentally fell on the floor. I was unaware. The staff saved them for me and made sure l got them as l left the restroom!

The waitress has ignored my request and continue to serve other table even they didn't ask for anything . I lost my patience after 10 mins, and waving the menu to get her attention as we were at the far end of the restaurant. She notice me but decided to mock my waving to her host, then send over her to deal with me. Ok, I am very not okay with such ignorance and judgement so I told the host I am not getting any service and not treated with respect. I got the bill as my family already ordered some starters and paid without tips. Bye bye.
