I know ordering takeout is always a gamble, but I do like the food. Paying $7.25 for a cup of soup that is only filled halfway is just a rip off. We ordered two steak dinners and added soup, if I’m spending $112.00 before delivery tip for two meals adding two cups of soup, fill the soup at least 3/4 way full. It’s laughable and the potato soup was not even good. This is Nordstrom, I expect better.

The waitress has ignored my request and continue to serve other table even they didn't ask for anything . I lost my patience after 10 mins, and waving the menu to get her attention as we were at the far end of the restaurant. She notice me but decided to mock my waving to her host, then send over her to deal with me. Ok, I am very not okay with such ignorance and judgement so I told the host I am not getting any service and not treated with respect. I got the bill as my family already ordered some starters and paid without tips. Bye bye.

Its just ok do dont expect much. When ive asked for Tomato juice, at least offer tobasco/worcestershire etc - nothing!
Please let your clients know that your soups are NOT vegetarisn snd swimming with meat/bacon of course -calm doen it doesnt have to ve in everything! Split pea flavour was nice but bacon ruined it! Burrata salad with heirloom tomatoes way too much pesto - go easy

Nordies Grill never ceases to please and delight - with it's lovely ambience, great food (crab bisque and crab louis salad are my faves), and super staff. They always are very polite and accommodating.

Sat for 20 minutes. Never had a waiter come to table. Asked multiple people to take our order, never fixed it. Walked out.My mother left her phone on the table and the manager followed us out. He watch a complete jerk when we explained calmly why we left, never apologized and says well our waiter was wondering where you went. Excuse me, but I think basic customer service 101 is saying our apologies. I’ll be escalating this complaint and looking for the proper management to email. So incredibly disrespectful.

Food looked and tasted like a thawed frozen dinner. My daughters meal was cold and she got diarrhea in the Nordstrom restroom immediately after paying. The crab bisque tasted like warmed up velveta cheese. What happened to this place. I've been going here since 2000., never going back again. Worst mothers day lunch!

The food is good, usually reliable. On this occasion, the kitchen didn't provide the tasty cracker that usually accompanies the $23 salad. The beef atop the salad was flavorful and cooked to our liking. Server was detached, though they did check on us once before bringing the bill. Nordstrom usually provides a small chocolate with the bill, but we didn't get tat, either. I don't know if they've stopped altogether with the crackers-with-salad and chocolate-with-check, but we miss the little things. Not sure I'll return.

Sometimes you spend more time than expected at the mall and you decide that you should eat dinner somewhere. Howver if its a Friday or Saturday night then you will find that the wait list for everywhere you want to eat is an hour long.Fortunately there is the Nordstrom Grill and more fortunately the menu is really good.We went for the French Dip, the French onion soup, and the salad. All were well prepared and I would not hesitate to recommend. There is also a full bar and they made a very nice Negroni.I would definitely return. Not just because the wait list for other places are so long, but it is very good on its own.

Our food was cold. My ravioli looked old, cold and there was no sauce. My wife's salad came almost 20 minutes late. My daughters steaks were over cooked and the potato wedges were so burnt they were impossible to eat, not to mention the baby spinach had so much pepper they could t eat it...... Sad ? we have eaten here before and it seems their quality of food is going downhill !!
Update- We went there today 3/3/24 and the same happened ! Nothing has changed the food is still subpar and the staff is too stuck up to have a decent interaction with you.

Dietary restrictions: I'm sure they can make your food according to your dietary restrictions

Parking: So many people come here during the weekend that it is difficult to find parking.

Oh how I love you Nordys. We stop into the restaurant every time we are in the store and it’s always fantastic. Service. Atmosphere. Menu. All great! But the star of the show is the cocktails and food. Billionaire to drink (always) and whatever special soup and Entree they have. It’s a formula for success. Today I had the Salmon Oscar. So very good (as always). Love Eugene and Alicia at the bar!
