I'm disappointed to be writing this, but after two poor experiences back-to-back, I feel it's important to share. Nordstrom Grill has always been part of a meaningful tradition for me—an annual father-daughter shopping day. This visit mattered even more because my dad's dementia has progressed. We ordered right away, then waited over 30 minutes without a single check-in while other tables were served. Finally I had to flag our server down just to ask if we could at least get the soups to start, which she acted like she forgot and then went and grabbed them. When the main food arrived, the order was wrong, adding more waiting. When it was time to leave, I had to flag down the server again. Then they swiped my card but when I received the bill to sign I noticed I was charged twice because the original order was never removed. Fixing the error took another 15 minutes and required help from a different server. We didn't ask for a discount, but were told the manager would come by to apologize and make things right. No one came and we waited another 15 when we decided to no longer wait, and despite leaving my number with the second server who said he was busy in the back and would call to make things right, I never received a call. What should have been a simple lunch turned into a long time of waiting and fixing mistakes, which meant my dad wasn't able to really shop afterward. We had to head home instead. This isn't written out of anger—just disappointment. Nordstrom is known for care and service, and this experience fell far short of that standard.

Service was so fast, we love a Nordstrom restuarant for a family shopping day. They give thick kids crayons which makes all the difference if you have a toddler who colors with the strength of 7 men. That makes such a difference , good kids menu options. My beverage was so good and food was great. Always recommend

Both our meals were delicious. The fresh sheet had a wonderful variety. Excellent service, professional, friendly and efficient! We received our requested booth. My car keys accidentally fell on the floor. I was unaware. The staff saved them for me and made sure l got them as l left the restroom!

I dine at the Bellevue Grill restaurant two days a month with my 8 year old grandson. We usually order one entre from the kids menu and one entre from the adult Menu . The bill averages $37-50 not including tip. We usually have one of the three service people waiting on us. They know us and always happy to serve us. Today was nothing like our prior experiences. A few weeks ago we did discovered the fish and chips. So today I ordered fish and chips for me to share with my grandson as welll as the Usual Mac and cheese. We had a wait person who was very abrupt and appeared frazzled. This happens so I let it slide. When the order arrived we received a half order of fish and chips. I told the person delivering the food that we ordered a full portion. He said we can redo the order. I told him we were very hungry so we kept our order. The frazzled wait person did not offer my grandson a the drink and fruit cup always included in the meal. I shared one of the two pieces of fish that was included in the meal. . I shared the fries. Well when the bill arrived, they charged me $28 for two tiny pieces of fish. The full portion is $31. So I paid $28 for a tiny-piece of fish for each of us. If I had known this zi would have said yes to the full portion. I asked the waitress why she placed the half portion in the first place she said she placed a whole order. So no one took responsibility. But the half portion was written on the bill. It is outrageous, no accountability, coupled with the poor service has caused me to rethink the amount of money I spend on meals at Nordstrom. During the week I usually have a meal at the Lynwood cafe once a week. I tip well. I am respectful. I should be reimbursed for the ridiculous $28 for two pieces of fish. Tbe fish piece was two and a half inches Lon and an inch wide. Unacceptable $28. Marsha l Damian. Happy to do a tally of how much money I spend yearly at bith restaurants .
