Service was so fast, we love a Nordstrom restuarant for a family shopping day. They give thick kids crayons which makes all the difference if you have a toddler who colors with the strength of 7 men. That makes such a difference , good kids menu options. My beverage was so good and food was great. Always recommend

Both our meals were delicious. The fresh sheet had a wonderful variety. Excellent service, professional, friendly and efficient! We received our requested booth. My car keys accidentally fell on the floor. I was unaware. The staff saved them for me and made sure l got them as l left the restroom!

The Blackened Salmon Tacos Special was excellent. Aaron our server was great and attentive. When we asked him to bring our coffee in ten minutes, he brought it in precisely ten minutes!

We asked for a quiet booth. Then they seated 2 screaming kids next to us, even though the restaurant wasn't full. Service was mediocre. Food was fine, but needed seasoning. Ho hum.

Nordstrom Grill is always a favorite place to dine whether it be with family or friends. Great food at a great price.

Today I stopped by the Nordstrom Grill at Bellevue Square Mall for brunch, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I ordered the eggs Benedict, which came with fingerling potatoes and a regular salad. Both sides were overly sauced, leaving them soggy instead of flavorful. The eggs Benedict itself was underwhelming — served on a single piece of bread (not even brioche) and topped with poached eggs that were completely solid, lacking any runny yolk.

The service left much to be desired. When I sat down, no one greeted me, offered a drink, or mentioned any specials. I had to wave someone down just to place my order, and by that time, guests who arrived after me had already been helped. It wasn’t until after I ordered that I finally received my iced tea—no water was ever offered.

When I expressed that the food wasn’t good, the staff kindly told me I didn’t need to pay, which I appreciated. Still, I left a $25 cash tip to cover the iced tea and the meal. I’ve had better experiences here before, but this visit was a letdown. I even mentioned that I had an appointment soon at the DryBar hair salon on the first floor and didn’t have time to wait, but no one offered to remake the dish or provide an alternative. In the end, I left disappointed and still hungry.

I hope this was just an off day, but it certainly makes me hesitant to return anytime soon.

The experience was good. The food was 50/50. For some reason, some of the food had weird background tastes. Like for example, the stuff with pasta and/or tomato sauce , tasted like a tire shop. Was sooo weird. But honestly, almost every food item had weird spice tastes that shouldn't belong in any of the recipes.

Update: do yourself a solid and come for weekend brunch. There are three menu options, brunch, daily special and lunch menu. We had the French dip, avocado toast and breakfast sandwich were delightful!

My family goes here pretty regularly, esp when we visit the Bellevue area. Service is always great and food is delicious. Recommend the prime french dip sandwich, turkey avocado club, burrata and tomato salad, ginger sesame salad with petite tenderloin, fish n chips, and of course the tomato bisque. So so good

Found chunks of porcelain in my salad, which I shared and fed to my two year old daughter. I chipped my tooth and cut my tongue. Manager didn’t care, had to ask for my food charge to be refunded.

The wait wasn't too long to get seated, but the problem was how long our beverages took to actually arrive. The food had came first before the rest of the drinks, and we had to request other waiters/ remind our waiters because they forgot our drinks. I ordered a filet mignon and fries and they were okay at best, but the biggest problem was that there was a hair in my food. I'm glad they asked to make a replacement but I was already 2/3 into my steak.

Bartender could take some lessons from the sales floor on hospitality.

Giving a 3 star rating as its to be expected in a shopping mall experience. Loud, crowded, slow service and sub par food.
