Food was delicious, 1/2 price Wednesday bottles of wine was a nice treat, wonderful service. Had a great meal and visit!
Sarah and Frank provided great service!! If you're in the mood for a special, salad, hamburger, French dip (staples) the Grill offers delicious choices that have been good for years!
Restaurant was at full capacity, services was courteous but slow to start. Food is average, not good value
Service was so fast, we love a Nordstrom restuarant for a family shopping day. They give thick kids crayons which makes all the difference if you have a toddler who colors with the strength of 7 men. That makes such a difference , good kids menu options. My beverage was so good and food was great. Always recommend
Both our meals were delicious. The fresh sheet had a wonderful variety. Excellent service, professional, friendly and efficient! We received our requested booth. My car keys accidentally fell on the floor. I was unaware. The staff saved them for me and made sure l got them as l left the restroom!
I dine at the Bellevue Grill restaurant two days a month with my 8 year old grandson. We usually order one entre from the kids menu and one entre from the adult Menu . The bill averages $37-50 not including tip. We usually have one of the three service people waiting on us. They know us and always happy to serve us. Today was nothing like our prior experiences. A few weeks ago we did discovered the fish and chips. So today I ordered fish and chips for me to share with my grandson as welll as the Usual Mac and cheese. We had a wait person who was very abrupt and appeared frazzled. This happens so I let it slide. When the order arrived we received a half order of fish and chips. I told the person delivering the food that we ordered a full portion. He said we can redo the order. I told him we were very hungry so we kept our order. The frazzled wait person did not offer my grandson a the drink and fruit cup always included in the meal. I shared one of the two pieces of fish that was included in the meal. . I shared the fries. Well when the bill arrived, they charged me $28 for two tiny pieces of fish. The full portion is $31. So I paid $28 for a tiny-piece of fish for each of us. If I had known this zi would have said yes to the full portion. I asked the waitress why she placed the half portion in the first place she said she placed a whole order. So no one took responsibility. But the half portion was written on the bill. It is outrageous, no accountability, coupled with the poor service has caused me to rethink the amount of money I spend on meals at Nordstrom. During the week I usually have a meal at the Lynwood cafe once a week. I tip well. I am respectful. I should be reimbursed for the ridiculous $28 for two pieces of fish. Tbe fish piece was two and a half inches Lon and an inch wide. Unacceptable $28. Marsha l Damian. Happy to do a tally of how much money I spend yearly at bith restaurants . I spend appprox $75-100 a mo th to be treated poorly. Marsha Damian

Wife had the spaghetti and meatballs and i had the chicken sandwich we also had the calamari And i had a margarita everything was excellent as usual Nickie are waitress was great
The Blackened Salmon Tacos Special was excellent. Aaron our server was great and attentive. When we asked him to bring our coffee in ten minutes, he brought it in precisely ten minutes!
We asked for a quiet booth. Then they seated 2 screaming kids next to us, even though the restaurant wasn't full. Service was mediocre. Food was fine, but needed seasoning. Ho hum.
Nordstrom Grill is always a favorite place to dine whether it be with family or friends. Great food at a great price.

Today I stopped by the Nordstrom Grill at Bellevue Square Mall for brunch, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I ordered the eggs Benedict, which came with fingerling potatoes and a regular salad. Both sides were overly sauced, leaving them soggy instead of flavorful. The eggs Benedict itself was underwhelming — served on a single piece of bread (not even brioche) and topped with poached eggs that were completely solid, lacking any runny yolk.
The service left much to be desired. When I sat down, no one greeted me, offered a drink, or mentioned any specials. I had to wave someone down just to place my order, and by that time, guests who arrived after me had already been helped. It wasn’t until after I ordered that I finally received my iced tea—no water was ever offered.
When I expressed that the food wasn’t good, the staff kindly told me I didn’t need to pay, which I appreciated. Still, I left a $25 cash tip to cover the iced tea and the meal. I’ve had better experiences here before, but this visit was a letdown. I even mentioned that I had an appointment soon at the DryBar hair salon on the first floor and didn’t have time to wait, but no one offered to remake the dish or provide an alternative. In the end, I left disappointed and still hungry.
I hope this was just an off day, but it certainly makes me hesitant to return anytime soon.
The experience was good. The food was 50/50. For some reason, some of the food had weird background tastes. Like for example, the stuff with pasta and/or tomato sauce , tasted like a tire shop. Was sooo weird. But honestly, almost every food item had weird spice tastes that shouldn't belong in any of the recipes.
Update: do yourself a solid and come for weekend brunch. There are three menu options, brunch, daily special and lunch menu. We had the French dip, avocado toast and breakfast sandwich were delightful!
My family goes here pretty regularly, esp when we visit the Bellevue area. Service is always great and food is delicious. Recommend the prime french dip sandwich, turkey avocado club, burrata and tomato salad, ginger sesame salad with petite tenderloin, fish n chips, and of course the tomato bisque. So so good
Found chunks of porcelain in my salad, which I shared and fed to my two year old daughter. I chipped my tooth and cut my tongue. Manager didn’t care, had to ask for my food charge to be refunded.
I am never disappointed! The food is great, always changing specials, service was great just a bit noisy
