Wow what an experience! If this is how Brazilians dine I'm all in!!! Probably were a half dozen servers that came to our table serving something like 20 different meats and cuts from beef to pork to chicken, sausage and a bacon wrapped something that was out of this world. And of course Rib Eye!!!! Seasoned and cooked perfectly. My wife got her medium to well done pieces and I my rare. Both were delicious. Everything was hot as the servers quickly made it from table to table....

Fogo is 5 minutes from my house in Seattle... And I STILL come here. The food and service is upper echelon Nordstrom service. The ceviche and the market table alone are worth the trip. The Filet Mignon is superb, but try some of the chimichurri dressing from the market table on the House Special Picanha especially or the lesser cuts. The bread knots are fantastic but don't fill up on them. Just a tip at any Brazilian steakhouse, eat slowly, savor, and take breaks. Let the...

Went for a birthday celebration and the service did not disappoint. The drinks were delicious however a few cuts of the steaks were a little tough. Otherwise risotto is something I always look forward to, and can't forget the Brazilian cheese bread.
