I have gotten a B Bop with extra meat every couple of months for about a year and a half now. The service is always great, and the staff are friendly and make a clear effort to make great food. This place is unassuming since it’s located in the gas station, but O’Bop is genuinely my favorite place to get a quick filling meal.

Comfy Korean-American food bowls. Spice levels are 1-10, but 5 is quite mild. I ordered the Beef/Pork combo with extra meat and the pot-stickers. Both dishes were tasty.
I wish they had Korean picked vegetable side dishes to go with the bulgogi.
Parking: The gas station has several parking spots, enough for customers.
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is a counter in a gas station convenience store. The store is clean, but it's not a place you would want to spend time with children, other than to use the restroom or pick up the food. There isn't any sit-down space, you'll be eating in your car, or perhaps at a nearby park.

I've driven past this place for years but never tried it. Wife picked up a beef and pork bowl for me while running errands and dropped it in front of me while I was slaving away at my home work station.
I wasn't expecting anything so my taste expectations were low, but this was extremely tasty and satisfying. I will definitely get food here again. It's probably not a destination restaurant, but if you're in the area and need a bite, this is definitely worth a visit.
Nothing beats good Korean food at a gas station. The bowls are on the pricier side but it's worth every penny. I always get the beef bowl with extra meat and request loads of sauce! Their sauces are the best! I swear, I could drink them straight up. As long as I am in Bellevue, I will continue coming here weekly.

3.5 stars. The noodles are slimy, sweet, and delicious. The spicy sauce is delicious, but the meat quality and rice are 3 stars.
