Well, my visit to Crossroads Bakery was a letdown. I called beforehand to check if they had fresh bread, and they said yes. But when I got there, the bread didn't look all that fresh, yet I decided to give it a shot and bought it.Big mistake! When I got home and opened the bag, it was clear the bread was anything but fresh. It tasted old and had lost its appeal altogether. I expect better when I buy from a baker!Overall, a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Fresh bread shouldn't be a gamble, and I feel like I was misled. Avoid Crossroads Bakery if you want good bread!

Bought a Napoleon cake, very disappointing. How can a Napoleon cake be made with egg whites based cream? It is dry, not sweet and falling apart.

<3 this place. It's the first choice for a birthday cake these days. Everything we've sampled out of the dessert case has been a hit. And the rye bread is really, really good.

It's always fresh and tasty. I'm often buying Khachapuri with cheese and beef. They are really good for morning coffee or tea. Also they have plenty of cakes and cookies. Recommend to everyone ?.

Expensive for what they offer, and very rude service. Mediocre tasting stale cakes. If you have to go here, don't order online. You will get absolutely ripped off, and proudly so. They charge 60+% more for ordering online, even if you are picking it up from the store. For instance, they charge $7.99 online for the same slice they charge $4.99 at the store. $6.99 for a $3.99 slice. Same thing with whole cakes ($79 vs $49). My order (consisting of 4 slices) was not even ready when I got there, and I had to order them again once I got there, and repeat them multiple times as the old man at the counter (owner?) went to the freezer to get each of the slices. Yes, freezer. So I was the s***** who paid 60% markup for the privilege of ordering ahead online, only to wait in the store for 10 mins, to get old stale frozen slices of cake. When I asked about this huge markup for online orders, the old man suggested it's good for me too, thinking I'm from a delivery service. When I explained I'm not a delivery person, he just shrugged and waved me off. I guess he knew I will never ever come back.

To pricey. They tried to charge me $175 for a plain vanilla cake with white and orange frosting. Would not recommend coming here. There are other great bakeries in the area that are not over charging.

No reputable bakery should ever be selling stale bread. In this bakery I didn’t find fresh bread. That’s a shame.

I stopped in today. Bought a tiramisu on a whim. Possibly the best tiramisu I've had. Curious to explore more of their desserts!

Walked in, waited 5 minutes, walked out without buying anything.Person behind counter was talking to another customer in Russian and pretended I didn't exist. Wait is no problem, but I'd like a nod or some sign that I've been seen.

They do make reasonably good cakes/tiramisu. However, they create a hard time for the customers, who uses the gift certificate they publish on restaurant.com. They simply do not want to accept the gift certificates. They provide all sorts of reason not to accept. If they do not want to accept gift certificates, they should stop publishing them. It is as simple as that. Instead of this, they try to question the customers who bring the gift certificates, and tries to put the blame on both the customer and restaurant.com. I stopped going to this store based on the bad experience, when trying to use the gift certificate.
