Used to like. I wanted to try the Jo Malone special (free perfume sample for a drink). Called ahead and confirmed they had a sample of the perfume I wanted. I also confirmed when I arrived and they told me to order a drink to get the specific perfume sample I wanted.
After I ordered a drink & dessert, I was immediately told they were out of the sample I wanted... okay that's just shady. They got me to pay for a drink & dessert, but I will not be returning. It's the sheer icky feeling from lack of business professionalism and transparency (that's what it is at the end of the day). Ick
Ended up purchasing the Jo Malone perfume elsewhere. I can do that any time, but I was looking forward to a nice/convenient sampling experience while I got Thai tea as well (nope). I will definitely not be coming back based on the lackluster response posted below either. Again, just ick

My favorite drink here is the Thai Tea with cream (50% sweetness) ☕️ The staff here are always friendly and welcoming! ☺️ The Ube soft serve is delicious too!

I recently tried their new Orange Bitters Thai Tea - SO GOOD. It reminds me of a high quality mocktail that’s super delicious and refreshing.
I have also previously tried their regular Thai Tea and Thai Green Tea. Both are really good but I love how unique the Thai Green Tea tastes!
Love their drinks and will definitely return and bring friends.

It was good! The flavor balance is spot on — not too sweet, and the combo of vanilla + Thai tea is super smooth and refreshing. The texture is creamy, the Thai tea flavor isn’t overpowering, and it’s the perfect little treat if you want something sweet but not heavy. Definitely worth giving it a try if you’re in the area!

The soft serve tastes very good, and the pumpkin latte is very good too, but the chocolate drink is just ok. I will go back just for the soft serve

This is the only place in Bellevue that serves authentic green thai tea.

Had an awesome time at OMO Thai Tea! Their hand-pulled Thai tea is bold, smooth, and full of flavor — you can really taste the care in their brew. I went with the classic iced version and it was refreshingly rich, then added a swirl of their signature cream for extra decadence. They also offer a non-dairy option with coconut milk, which is a fantastic choice.

Soo goooddd!!!! I got 25% sweet and it was perfect. Creamy and tasty. The Kaya toast was also good. Nice twist on this classic.
Truly soooooo good. I love Thai tea and it's kind of dangerous how addictive OMO has been for me! I love to get the classic iced Thai tea with boba at 75%-100% sweetness, and it's so creamy and refreshing. This is on my walk back home every day which means I come way too often for my bank account's liking, but it's worth it. It can get pretty crowded on weekends, but if you come during an off time/weekday, it's usually pretty speedy. I really appreciate the online ordering and rewards system! I would love to see an ube foam for the drinks, because the ube soft serve is delicious (but I usually just want a drink)!

As a Thai person, I can confidently say this place truly pays homage to tradition. You can immediately tell how much care goes into every cup— they actually hand-pull their tea, which is such a beautiful touch and not something you see often anymore.
The flavor is rich, bold, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness — exactly how authentic Thai tea should taste.
Beyond the drink itself, the overall experience feels nostalgic and genuine, almost like being back in Thailand. It’s rare to find a spot that respects the traditional process while still keeping things fresh and inviting. Whether you’re Thai or just love Thai tea, this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommend!
Also, the merch is so cute! (I got a hat and candles myself.) Excited to see this brand continue to grow!
