We visited yesterday and ordered four meals. Unfortunately, all of us experienced digestive issues shortly after eating. On top of that, the staff member who served us was rude, which made the experience even worse. Very disappointed and hope improvements are made.

Visited the Panda Express in Bellevue Mall on the 2nd floor. It uses the mall parking lot which was inconvenient today since there an event that they were preparing for, hence blocking off a big park of the parking garage. What stood out was that they have their own restroom separate from the general mall restrooms. This is a nice plus. Service during this visit wasn’t as efficient as I’d hoped, and the seating area could have been cleaner. Still, I was able to grab my food, eat, and get out without too much hassle.

I wasn't expecting such a cute indoor mall! We visited from out of state around 9pm on a Sunday. Felt like a decently safe place. It was pretty quiet. Food was good - white rice was crunchy, but I guess that happens.

I purchased a bowl( $9.30) & got angus steak which $1.50 more & still I didnt get more than 2 small pieces of steak. Horrible!!! Servers need to be educated on serving size.

Came on a Sunday around lunch, queue out the door, very inefficient service, shoutout to Alexa who was doing 90% of the service, scooping food taking orders and working hard while one guy was just doing basically payments and another person was on his lunch. You guys definitely need to sort that out
