Be careful when checking out. The woman at the register tried to charge me for the larger plate instead of the smaller one I ordered, and seemed unbothered when I pointed it out. It would’ve been an extra $5—not a huge amount on its own, but if that happens to multiple customers, it adds up.
After I paid, she literally just walked away—didn’t bag my food, didn’t hand it to me, nothing. I also tried to pay with cash, and there were no signs saying they don’t accept cash; she just said, “oh I don’t do cash.”
I understand they were busy, but overall it felt like the employees couldn’t care less about the experience. I guess that’s what you might expect from fast-food Chinese, but it was still disappointing.

September 16, 2025 I got food poison. It was the worst disgusting food I've ever eaten. Severe symptoms to where I had to go to the emergency room. I am now expecting compensation for the pain and suffering of that disgusting location exam room got paid for it doctors got paid for it so now I want to get paid for the compensation of the injuries to my body recommendations never go to Panda Express Bellevue.

The cashier told me they had written a note for it and asked me to wait. After more than ten customers had checked out and no one was remaking my food, I lost my appetite and just left.

Panda is a dependable meal no matter where you go. The food was hot and fresh. The service was perhaps not super friendly and they seemed pressured despite not being super busy when I arrived. I requested my food to go and when I asked for a bag, the person helping seemed put out, threw my container in the bag, and handed it to me so that the container tipped to the side and then leaked all through the bag. If bags are an issue since they are plastic maybe consider switching to paper? This Panda was in the mall but had some seating in its space at the mall.

Don't order delivery from this location (even if you use their app or website). Orders have errors more often than not; broccoli beef with literally no beef, honey walnut shrimp that tastes dangerously fishy, missing items completely, 2 hour delivery times.
I was given some free bigger plate promo codes after they screwed up a big order....and every one of those orders had problems, too.
I don't have high standards for fast food with buffet-style batch cooking but this is awful. It's not worth rolling the dice here. The many other negative reviews confirms this.
