Visited the Panda Express in Bellevue Mall on the 2nd floor. It uses the mall parking lot which was inconvenient today since there an event that they were preparing for, hence blocking off a big park of the parking garage. What stood out was that they have their own restroom separate from the general mall restrooms. This is a nice plus. I wasn't expecting such a cute indoor mall! We visited from out of state around 9pm on a Sunday. Felt like a decently safe place. It was pretty quiet. Food was good - white rice was crunchy, but I guess that happens.
Love the Bellevue Square Mall team. Vanessa, Roberta, Joanna, Jocelyn(?), Alexa, Sebastiana, Carlos, Kenet, and so many others. Everyone is so welcoming, kind, compassionate, and wonderful. Food is getting better, but personally, I do not enjoy crunchy batter with no protein. Great job with the firecracker steak and shrimp. Love how amazing sauce orange chicken is.
