Panda Express

After a long hard week, sometimes Panda Express is the perfect dinner idea when we don’t want to cook, but don’t want to blow our healthy eating completely out the window. This fast food-ish type of place still allows us to get a good serving of vegetables which are always fresh when we get them. They also offer entrées that are not heavily breaded and fried. There’s something for everyone in our family!

I did deduct one star due to the occasional slow service when we’re picking up our meals that we ordered online and sometimes encountering sticky tables when sitting down to eat. However, this doesn’t prevent us from going back for a yummy quick meal!

Staff very nice, food was good, location was tidy.

BUT the floors are greasy and slippery and present a hazard to guests and staff. I’ve experienced this before, and as an experienced service professional, I can say that cleaning staff likely not rinsing mops enough and/or not using an adequate grease cutting cleaner. This issue thankfully can be easily fixed with some slight adjustments. But right now it is definitely a safety hazard. Thank you.

When asked for a cup of water, they told me they don't offer water cups like any other panda express, even though there is a stack of cups right next to the register. Then when I asked for a spoon, they don't have it either in the kitchen.

Got a panda bowl with chow mein and kung pow. The dish was so incredible salty it tingled my mouth. Every bite was like taking a drink of soy sauce. After 2 bites I couldn’t bare eating it so I asked for a refund and they denied my refund. Worst experience at Panda Express ever. If you ever have an issue don’t expect your money back.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Panda Express. We placed an order for fried rice through DoorDash, only to be told upon pickup that they had run out of fried rice. Since they didn’t have the item we ordered, we asked for a refund. However, when we brought this up with the staff, they claimed they didn’t know how to process a refund.

As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I know that processing a DoorDash refund only takes a few simple steps. What’s even more frustrating is that the staff member showed no intention of helping us resolve the issue and even looked at us with what felt like a discriminatory attitude, which made us very uncomfortable.

This unprofessional and uncaring service left a very negative impression of Panda Express. I hope the restaurant takes the time to properly train their employees to prevent other customers from having a similarly unpleasant experience.

Terrible they are reported to be open until 10:30pm but the are constantly closed by 9 or sooner while the doors are open there so be no food and they are not cooking anything. Even placed orders online for them to call and claim they are not making only to still be charged cus they marked it as complete.

Came to Factoria mall full free parking ?️ good ? area atmosphere is nice and clean love the food ? I order to go chicken teriyaki and beef ? chow main at the time to pay I to sit and dine in and when I ask for a bag they told me it cost 8 cents for a bag the issue is not about the 8 cents the issue is I have leftovers in a to go box and they supposed me to give me a bag when I ask her for a bag she refuse to give me !!! And I ask her WHEN CUSTOMERS COME ORDER FOR TO GO U DONT GIVE A PLASTIC BAG ? She lie to me and she says she does not provide a bag for customer I’m really in shock ?

Horrible customer service they never provided utensils, napkins or sauces needed for ragoons I ordered from here more than enough times and they gave my order to the wrong person on top of not answering their phone so unprofessional never coming here again
