Jim is amazing! I ordered pick-up and they got my order perfect! 🙏😂😅 Yippee! 😁 The Pick 2 deal is great, and their chocolate chip cookies are fresh and yummy here! Everyone loves Panera at the office. Keep up the great work Jim at the Factoria Panera. I'm going to miss this location once I move! Other Panera always get my order incorrect 😕. Super location. 🌟

Went here the other day with my family and had a great experience. I forgot his name, but the Team Manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rest of the staff were also very polite and clearly took pride in both the food they prepared and the way they served it. The whole team had a positive, upbeat vibe that really stood out.
