The staff was all very kind. They greeted me, ensured I got my (correct) food, and seemed genuine when they told me to have a good day. That seems kinda basic, but these days and in the PNW people are pretty cold-- so the care I received today in the 30 seconds I was in this store was quite refreshing. Thank you.

I LOVE this Panera Bread. I’m a desperately-poor, unemployed writer and they are so cool about letting me write here whenever I need to get out of the house, whether or not I can specifically afford to buy something or not (often, not).
So, as a result, every time I get a little $, I make sure I spend some of it here bc they’re so good to me.

There's nothing egregious about this location, Panera is just overpriced and a little mediocre in general. I like that the nutrition info is built right into their online ordering. They make a few decent dishes but their bread never tastes fresh, and most of their produce is pretty flavorless. At least it's healthier than a lot of fast food options!

I had ordered a pick 2. Gentleman at the cashier was super nice and helpful. I don’t know where the miscommunication happened but I requested my salad contain no almonds. Never had this happen before as it’s usually been taken seriously as it’s a health risk.
I found almonds at the bottom of my salad. I had tossed it before eating and hadn’t seen any. It was only until I reached the bottom did I see almonds.
Luckily my reaction only extends to mild redness of the face and an itchy throat but for someone with a more severe reaction, this is unacceptable. The gentleman kindly refunded me and apologized but things like this shouldn’t be happening. Really disappointed.

It's a Panera same as most. But service was good! Our picky eater had some high maintenance special requests and they were very polite and accommodated him. There is a cool little seating area out in the mall courtyard too.
