The pizzas are above satisfactory (definitely not pizza parlor quality, obviously), but fantastic based on price point. The one star service rating is specifically for the busted ordering site and the resulting smugness I received from one employee. Ordered a NY sausage and pepperoni and a two topping medium. Using the site to choose my toppings, it doesn’t indicate if my choices registered. Tried two more times and still didn’t indicate my choices, just simply that I ordered a two topping pizza. “Okay, I guess it went through.” Upon picking up the pizzas and seeing no toppings, I questioned the reliability of the site. With a smirk on his face, the server just says “we make it how it’s ordered. I can’t do anything about this.” I told him I tried multiple times, but the site obviously wasn’t working. “Like I said, we make how it’s ordered” Why would I specifically order a two topping pizza and want no toppings? The employee eventually unwrapped the untopped pizza and “did something” all while maintaining his smug smirk

The store I picked up my order from was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that I couldn't customize my order if I wanted a Family size Gourmet Vegetarian, but I was able do do so with the Large size.

Football season with pizza just the way you like it is easy to plan on the Papa Murphy's app. Pick it up while out doing errands. Ordering online leads to specials and free pizza with rewards. Bake it at home in a preheated oven at 425°F to warm up as the chill of fall begins.

Called at 745pm to make an order but got sent to voicemail twice! So I show up now 2 times 5-10 min before closing time and doors closed and all lights on while the lady inside says closed! Don’t post closing hours as 8pm if you’re closing 5-10min early! Its pizza can’t go wrong. Don’t try calling after 730 pm hardly get answer.

I spend $10 on this. Where is the filling? Why is it flat? What in the world. This blows. You can get bigger ones at winco with more filling for less. These are so good too when they are done right. Better then winco. Very disappointed.

3rd time coming in within over an hour of closing and they always come up with an excuse as to why they can't make your food. Laziest "emplpyees" I've ever come across.

I have been going to the Bellevue Papa Murphy's for a couple months since moving to the area from Kirkland. Upon my first visit, I was immediately welcomed by their friendly staff. My family had found that the pizza in Bellevue somehow tasted way better than does in Kirkland. Maybe it was how friendly the people making the pizza are. Every time I've been in, weekly, my orders - whether through the app or on the phone have been accurate, and made very quickly. Thanks!

I was very disappointed ☹️ by staff’s behavior. I also was disappointed by fact they were unaware of there prices since I was purchasing for someone else’s. I sat in the car while the other person attempted to call in the order the staff didn’t answer 2 x. When I got in to ask for order they offered me someone else’s order already prepared dough which was not refrigerated and was not for customer. They also charged me 38 for cold pizza and made the crust very thin I cooked it like ingredients said and my fire alarm talks so it said there was a fire in our house you should be ashamed of yourself.

Do not order online unless you want your order messed up. From the employees, i was told the app is trash and so is the site. Both orders i have placed for this location have been messed up. first one thankfully the staff remade my order but the second time they stated my order never even came through on their end even though my card was charged and that it was too late to reorder.
