We had stellar service yesterday at Pasifika. The food was delicious and the gin lychee martinis were simply fantastic. Definitely will be back!

Omg! This place is amazing! Wat tay. Sp? Is the specialist bartender guy Ive ever met. Food is out of this world, atmosphere is amazing, I Met the whole staff and it’s a family affair! Owners are amazing! I never leave reviews, but omg this place is the best I’ve ever been in all my travels! If I could give a million stars. This is the place to be! Thank you! Pasifika grill and bar was an accidental find. The food was absolutely delicious, I recommend the salmon. The dessert menu is worth a try. The service was good and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing. I will be back to enjoy this little hidden treasure of deliciousness 😋

I don’t usually leave long reviews, but Pasifika Grill & Bar in Bellevue absolutely deserves it. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such genuine warmth — it immediately set the tone for an amazing night. The vibe here is perfect: relaxed and welcoming, but still polished enough for a nice dinner out. The décor has a cool island feel without being over the top, and the music and lighting make it such a comfortable place to hang out.
The food… incredible. You can taste the freshness and care in every bite. I had the island-style grilled salmon and it was perfectly cooked — tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. My partner ordered the short ribs, and they were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Everything came out hot, well-portioned, and clearly made with love. Even the sides were standouts — the coconut rice and grilled veggies were bursting with flavor.
We also tried a couple of their cocktails, and wow — these are not your average bar drinks. The Tropical Storm was probably one of the best cocktails I’ve had in Bellevue: refreshing, balanced, and served beautifully. The bartender was friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, and even offered some great drink pairing suggestions with our food.
Service was top-notch the entire evening. Everyone we interacted with was attentive and kind without hovering. You can tell the staff here really care about creating a great experience — it doesn’t feel like just another restaurant, it feels like a place people genuinely enjoy working and dining in.
Overall, Pasifika Grill & Bar has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Bellevue. Whether you’re looking for a casual dinner, a date night, or a place to grab some great drinks with friends, this place checks every box. The food, service, and atmosphere are all 5 stars — can’t wait to come back! 🌺🍹🔥

We stopped in for a quick dinner after a long day at the hospital, where we had the joy of meeting our new grandson. It was a cold, rainy evening, but from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and kind faces. Our server, Elena, was especially wonderful—her gentle, caring nature was immediately evident and so appreciated.
The food arrived quickly and was exactly what we needed—comforting and satisfying after an emotional day. When I asked if the music could be turned down a bit so we could chat more easily about the newest member of our family, it was taken care of right away with such grace and understanding.
We felt truly cared for, and we’ll definitely be back during our time in Seattle. Thank you for making a special day even more memorable.

This place is one of those rare gems, and a must try in Bellevue. The service made an immediate great impression on us even before we got our meals. The staff clearly loves sharing a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Uati was an excellent representative of the business. 5-star service. The food is delicious!! We tried the salmon, the huli huli chicken, fries and the short ribs. Yes to all of it. Eat here. You'll thank me.
