I seen a lot of people complain that the broth was too salty but after trying out a few of their dishes I'd say everything was perfectly fine :)

I accept the recent price increases, but it is clear the restaurant has begun intentionally removing essential components from the to-go Pho orders. I observed today that the takeout preparation is distinctly different from the in-store orders, confirming this is a deliberate policy change, not a mistake. This reduction in value makes the higher cost frustrating.

The broth and meat were satisfactory, but the to-go version is now incomplete. My Pho order excluded the essential fresh garnishes: bean sprouts, basil, and sliced jalapeños. These are non-negotiable components of authentic Pho—not optional toppings. Pho without them is simply not Pho.

It's deeply frustrating to pay a 15% tip for a takeout order when the restaurant is actively cutting out crucial elements.

Pretty simple interior with specific kitchen smell but great soup pho in a large bowl (even small one) for good price and with fast serving. Ordered small seafood pho and 2 pork/shrimp spring rolls for only $30. Unfortunately, there was no hot tea which I prefer eith any Asian food. But hot soup worked too. Great place for hungry passers by.

Six stars, straight up. Not only the best Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to, but hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Period.

The owner not only makes you feel welcome and remembered, but is an absolute master of his craft. Every single dish is memorable, and the apex of their kind. Pho, banh mi, com tom nuong. You name it. All authentic, all wonderful.

recent reviews are saying the old owners sold the place to someone new and the new broth is salty. if that is true then this review goes out to the old owners only. i used to come here 1-2 times a week to eat after class since it was the closest pho place to the bus station (2 years ago). ive never had a quality issue with their pho - it is ALWAYS the same flavor and super consistent (though the portions are small). i would come during fall and winter, close to closing time, and it’s always quiet, i was almost always the only person there. super cozy but the owners dont talk very much (there was a old man receptionist, his friend who’s always watching something on his phone, and an old lady). nonetheless i enjoy the pho a lot especially the chicken pho - super warm and comforting by the golden broth. thank you so much for the pho 🙂.

since moving to Sonic across the street this has been my favorite lunch spot! The flavor of their broth is well balanced and the accoutrements are always very fresh. Their veggie pho is a favorite with fried tofu slices, woodear mushroom, carrot, broccoli, cabbage, and noodle.

Ordered the steak & brisket pho, egg rolls and pork bahn mi with green tea. AMAZING!! Now one of my favorite spots.

You can get your week’s dose of sodium in a bowl here. I separated out my broth into two bowls, added a quarter of a gallon of hot water to one of them to even the saltiness and it was still not enough. I am not exaggerating. The broth itself was not good either to be clear, just straight up S A L T. I could probably float on this unnatural body of “broth”.

That aside, the food in general was not good, in quality and taste. In fact, terrible is being nice. In a land cursed with mid-tier food and below, Vietnamese cuisine is not one of them, and it’s easy to find a good spot; this place is shockingly bad.

This is a great hole in the wall sort of place. We got our food quickly and it was a great place for a quick lunch.

This place gets busy 12-1:30pm, I usually go by 11:30 and never have to wait for a table. The staff is really polite but do not expect them to wait on you. You order, they bring your food and will bus your table. You must get your own chopsticks, napkins and water like an adult.

Good place for work lunch. I don’t eat a lot so the small size ~$15 is enough food for me. The soup is flavorful. Overall no complaints
