recent reviews are saying the old owners sold the place to someone new and the new broth is salty. if that is true then this review goes out to the old owners only. i used to come here 1-2 times a week to eat after class since it was the closest pho place to the bus station (2 years ago). ive never had a quality issue with their pho - it is ALWAYS the same flavor and super consistent (though the portions are small). i would come during fall and winter, close to closing time, and it’s always quiet, i was almost always the only person there. super cozy but the owners dont talk very much (there was a old man receptionist, his friend who’s always watching something on his phone, and an old lady). nonetheless i enjoy the pho a lot especially the chicken pho - super warm and comforting by the golden broth. thank you so much for the pho 🙂.

since moving to Sonic across the street this has been my favorite lunch spot! The flavor of their broth is well balanced and the accoutrements are always very fresh. Their veggie pho is a favorite with fried tofu slices, woodear mushroom, carrot, broccoli, cabbage, and noodle.
Ordered the steak & brisket pho, egg rolls and pork bahn mi with green tea. AMAZING!! Now one of my favorite spots.

You can get your week’s dose of sodium in a bowl here. I separated out my broth into two bowls, added a quarter of a gallon of hot water to one of them to even the saltiness and it was still not enough. I am not exaggerating. The broth itself was not good either to be clear, just straight up S A L T. I could probably float on this unnatural body of “broth”.
That aside, the food in general was not good, in quality and taste. In fact, terrible is being nice. In a land cursed with mid-tier food and below, Vietnamese cuisine is not one of them, and it’s easy to find a good spot; this place is shockingly bad.

This is a great hole in the wall sort of place. We got our food quickly and it was a great place for a quick lunch.

This place gets busy 12-1:30pm, I usually go by 11:30 and never have to wait for a table. The staff is really polite but do not expect them to wait on you. You order, they bring your food and will bus your table. You must get your own chopsticks, napkins and water like an adult.

Perfect weekday lunch. Love the tofu banh mi and the vegetarian pho. Can have it any day
First time here. Food was great really fresh. Will be back
Good place for work lunch. I don’t eat a lot so the small size ~$15 is enough food for me. The soup is flavorful. Overall no complaints
Awesome chicken! Skewers uncut even better! 😊

I placed a large order with them at 10am asking for pick up at 12pm. My order was perfect with no missing items, lots of condiments! Service was amazing and easy. Will be ordering again!
Something has changed. This is not what we used to know. We used to eat at the SODO location as a regular. Trust us, we know their pho! The meat ‘Tai’ tasted very odd. We could not figure out what was done to it. The soup is salty. The only thing that is good is the noodle. They did it right. The previous owner most likely sold the name and business. It is too bad.
