I have this menu every time when I come here 🥰
One star is too much...I and my husband we come to this location often...at 2:15 PM this time the waiter forgot to bring the food. I waited more than 20 minutes...I ordered special rice and regular pho soup...after which he approached and asked me what I ordered...I waited another 10 minutes and he brought my husband the wrong soup, after which I asked him to replace it...after waiting 5 minutes, I was amazed that he brought me the same soup...so miserable and disgusting to be me, they took the soup, took the ingredients out of it and brought it back...I left with my husband, mad abs angry . I forgot to take a picture, the plate was dirty on the outside, you can see how they took it out of it...the owner was indifferent...we will never come here again. I don’t recommend coming to this place all the waiters they don’t know what they’re doing. It seems like they don’t understand.😡😱😤

Across the street from The Boeing Employee's Tennis Club. So we go after we play tennis for lunch. The Pho broth is delicious. As it is cold and rainy now, great comfort food
.I have also had both typed of their fresh spring rolls. The peanut sauce it comes with is very tasty, ingredients are very fresh.
Everyone very friendly! Place clean.

We had vegetarian pho, and vegetarian sandwitcha and their fresh tofu rolls. Everything was amazing, fresh and authentic. My kids love their sandwitch and pho.

Only thing I didn't care for was the parking lot set up is a bit sketch. Everything else was perfect.

We’ve been coming here since the restaurant opened and never had any issues until today. We were initially seated in a less than ideal spot, so we decided to move. The restaurant wasn’t full, so we thought it would be fine. We chose a table toward the back where we could also see the TV better since it’s football season and the game was on.
Then our waiter told us we shouldn’t have sat there because it wasn’t allowed. We asked if he wanted us to move, but he said it was okay. When it came time to pay, I apologized for sitting there and explained that we didn’t know it wasn’t allowed. I also asked why, and he said it’s too far and hard to serve.
Honestly, if that’s the case, why even have a table and chairs there? If it’s available, it should be part of your service area. It was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, you just lost a loyal customer.

Good food but poor service. People have to come to front desk for manual check out and no refill of water. The servers also have indifferent attitude.
Still they have minimum choice of 15% tips.

The pork spring rolls were okay, but the peanut sauce was disappointing. It seemed diluted with coconut oil and peanut butter, though that’s usually how it’s prepared. I switched to the fish sauce instead, which was more tolerable.
The Bún Bò Huế was underwhelming — the broth tasted watered down and lacked depth. There wasn’t much meat either, despite the bowl being a single standard size. Overall, I don’t really understand what the hype is about.

guys this place isn’t underground cmon. it’s like one of 3 pho places in bellevue and it’s probably the least gentrified one
‼️NEVER EVER VISITING AGAIN‼️
Ordered prawn pho and shrimp spring roll.
Pho soup was way to blend, I had to put lots of salt in it. I had pho in numerous different restaurants, never put salt in pho soup in my whole life. And for some reason, everytime I bite spring roll, there’s like a sand in it. I don’t know if the sand from shimp or lettus or like a shredded bone in vietmaese ham. Shared 4 pieces with my dad. But we could only eat 1 piece each. It was very annoying and uncomfortable chewing on a sand spring roll. At the end of our meal, I complained to server about it, he said “okay sorry” and left right away. Is this how they apologize to customers? And we also asked for itemized receipt, they said they can’t do that. What kind of restaurant is this?? There’s no way that they can’t print itemized receipt. All kinds of POS is able to print itemized receipt. Then how do people review their orders before pay? What if they extra charge for mistake? It was horrible experience. Will never visit again. NEVER.
