The food is delicious. The pho, the chicken wings, the rice dishes…everything was on point and the prices reasonable. Two entrees, chicken wings appetizer, and a kids’s bowl of pho costed less than $64 as of 03/2025.
The service was not good. They were nice, but not attentive. For the amount of food we ordered, they gave us one napkin. We had to ask for more twice and finally went up to the front to request it. The spoons that came with the kids meal were comically ladle size. The bun bo hue was way too spicy even after they said that the kitchen could make it not spicy for our kids, so we had to order a kids’ pho after planning on splitting the bun bo hue.
Would recommend. Just be prepared to get things yourself.

Do not get the banh mi cha lua.
barely two slices of thin meat, two pathetic strings of pickled veggies, it was basically all cucumber and cilantro. pathetic excuse for a sandwich. Stingy with mayo and no authentic pate. I'd ask for a refund if I could
Their banh mi thit nuong is passable though.
I show up 20 minutes before close and the server just put his fingers as an x to tell me there closed, when there's still people inside

Our favorite local pho! Friendly and helpful staff, fast service and delicious pho.
They offer kids portions also which work great for our younger kids.
Food is good, but the customer service is non existent. The people that work here look like they hate their jobs and life. God forbid you ask to order something. It feels like they want to jump over the counter just for taking your order.

Disappointing experience. The staff were apathetic, offering almost no customer service except for one female staff. Sadly, the mediocre food didn’t make up for the lackluster service. Plenty of better options out there.”

Their pho quality was pretty low and overpriced, maybe because it was so busy that day. The food came really fast, but it wasn’t worth paying $16. They should focus more on plating because when I received my pho, I was disappointed. I understand that it was a really busy lunch time, but still, the quality made us decide never to go there again. The large portion wasn’t really that large. I was even more disappointed because the portion felt smaller compared to other pho restaurants.

There was a hair on my egg roll that I discovered after I took a bite. When I complained all they did was take the item off. I let them know I was upset but they didn't offer anything else. To me that's terrible service.

I've seen this place packed before, so I was excited to give them a try. Broth was ok, on the sweet side, and temperature was acceptablely hot. Maybe I'm just too picky, but both flavours weren't deep enough for my taste, and the beef slices a tasted super bland. I did their bahn mi to go before and that tasted good, so I'm surprised at how underwhelmed i was by their pho.

My family had dinner at the PhoEver restaurant on Dec 14, 2024. I ordered a sea food noodle soup. The listed price was $15.95 for a large size. The noodle arrived with only 3 pieces of fish balls and some noodle in the bowl. That was drastically different from what’s mentioned in the menu. When I paid the bill, all noodle soup orders were charged an extra $1.00 for the large size. That's also a surprise as well. The extra $1.00 charge was not mentioned on the menu. The seafood noodle soup was a total rip off.
in addition, the waiter did not give us the small dish of bean sprout and mint leaves until we asked him.

The quality and quantity become lower than a couple years ago. Soup is less tasty. Sided vegetables are less than standard.

Good place to eat. It smelled a bit weird when we first walked in. It is a bit hard to communicate with the staff, but overall, ok.

I've never experience such rude customer service here, do not eat here go elsewhere. My friend and I ate here tonight and multiple times when we were eating the server- female with glasses, appears to be in her late 60's-70's kept interrupting our dinner about 20 minutes in and would stand in front of our table until we acknowledge her and would say "go pay", "are you finished", "pay" and points to the cash register. We dined there for less than an hour, and was rushed to leave several times when there were more than 4 other tables eating there 35 minutes before they closed and they were only rushing only US to leave. Never refilled our water until I had to ask, did not check up on us. But NEVER have I ever in my entire life had a restaurant employee rush me to leave when my friend and I were not done with dinner. We felt uncomfortable and paid and left. We will not be returning!!

Ordered through a 3rd party delivery app. ordered two meat phos and one tofu pho. we checked the receipt on the bag to make sure the order was correct and this was indeed our receipt.
All the broths tasted identical so we were able to figure out which one was veggie. The vegan we ordered for ended up only eating the noodles from their dish because of this, also the “tofu” that came seemed to be a meat alternative but when doing some research into other dishes from this establishment, they were in fact meatballs.
One of the meat pho’s we ordered was chicken and this was delivered raw and therefore unable to be eaten because the broth is nowhere near hot enough to be able to cook chicken from scratch.
The other meat pho we ordered was steak and brisket. only one of which looked cooked. the other was red and dripping what i can only describe as blood. I attempted to cook this in the broth given, but again, it was not hot enough to cook anything.
We ended up ordering from elsewhere and not eating this food. i dont know what is going on with the delivery order packaging but i was not aware that i was ordering ingredients to cook my dinner rather than a ready to eat meal. and also nearly make someone sick by eating meat when they are vegan. needless to say my family and i will not be giving this place another chance.
