After a long stressful day of moving I thought ordering Pizza Hut was going to be the highlight of our day. However the way our food was delivered was absolutely disappointing. Pizza was all mushy like it hadn’t been cooked for the correct amount of time. The delivery guy delivered to the wrong apartment and didn’t even bother to make sure he delivered to the correct location.

I ordered a bacon/ham/pep personal pan and an EIGHT piece boneless wing.
Personal pan - sparse on toppings, somehow room temperature 5 minutes after pickup, and had the texture of a kitchen sponge.
EIGHT piece boneless wing - yes, it looks like they counted that crumb of bread covered in sauce. All the pieces were remarkably small. Also room temp 5 minutes after pickup.

It is Pizza Hut place in cross road.
But after you visit this store you get disappointed in big way.
1. You get disappointed by their unprofessional crew.
2.Get disappointed by how they manipulate their prices.
Then if pass through all that .
3. Then you get disappointed by their yucky cold pizza.
Under cooked pizza dough. Low on the base sauce. Which is the main ingredient sauce. So the pizza lacks the full flavor of a really good pizza. Also under cooked ingredient. So the whole pizza doesn't taste good.
Unprofessional minimally trained working crew. They make several mistakes with several customers regularly either in the price, or the ingredient, or how the pizza is made, or how the pizza come out & taste.
Really long wait time , then more disappointment when the cold pizza come out. That is the pizza you have been waiting for is a mediocre pizza.
Watch out please .Prices almost as double if just walk- in order. Compare to website prices or the App prices. Medium pizza in Website is $12.99 but if walk-in for same excact pizza is $23.99
Convenient location. Lots of parking . Near cross road mall
Domino's Pizza cross road wins here by leaps and bounds . Domino's pizza is much much better. Much more flavorful. Cooked correctly. Pizza Come out really piping hot. Reasonable prices.

Food not up to expectation.. or even previous experiences and standards. Ordered the pepperoni lovers. Because we LOVE pepperoni. Got pepperoni only around the edges of pizza? And not even extra around the edges. Absolutely none in the middle. Cheese sticks were a slightly undercooked and doughy. Cinnamon sticks never disappoint though. All in all 2 stars on the good. And both of them went to the dessert.
Pizza here is fantastic. Friendly service every time and I'm proud to say I work here. My co-workers are awesome

I like the fact that there finally is a pizza hut in Bellevue that is close by. As for the pizza, it's a pizza hut, like any other pizza hut, the taste is exactly what you would expect. The only issue I have and this goes for any pizza hut, I always feel that the dough is slightly under cooked.
