Clam linguine was terrible, no seasoning. Sea scallops were ok, but not good. Though we were 1 of only 3 tables occupied it took too long to get our food. Waiter was defensive. Atmosphere was nice, but everything else at the restaurant was disappointing.

Polaris at Bellevue Club surpassed all expectations, creating an extraordinary dining experience. Carlo, the manager, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, ensuring every detail was perfect. Tanya, our server, was not only attentive but genuinely warm. The talented bartenders, Dustin and Carlos, crafted delightful drinks that added a touch of magic to our evening. The Jean-Luc Colombo red wine paired beautifully with the prime rib, making our dinner an exquisite celebration of flavors. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our experience truly special for our thanksgiving.

Convenient dining inside the Bellevue Club. Had fish and chips - fish was fried for far too long. Felt like chewing on cardboard.
Great food, great service even better happy hour.
Great service, food and views
Service, food quality and menu selection have consistently gone down over the last few years. When the bar tender would rather polish wine glasses than acknowledge your existence, I walk. It’s a shame, this place used to be a treat to dine at.
My parents come to visit every year and stay at the Bellevue Club. The hotel itself is wonderful: lovely amenities meet style! until you have to eat. I had three meals there when they visited last week. They are elderly and like the fact that they don’t have to drive and can stay in the building to dine, exercise, visit the spa, or have a meal. Over the past eight years the quality of the food and service have deteriorated enough that I never want to eat there again. My dad and I are GF through allergy, Not only were the GF choices minimal, our meals were truly awful. And the server was glib about the limited GF menu; too bad for us. The menu at Polaris has many GF-sounding items on it that turn out actually have wheat/gluten added to them. Think polenta, which is corn but flour was added. I could go through each meal and describe what was good, bad, or just ok, but basically what was lacking (besides access to many dishes) was taste and texture! The pork was beyond tough (microwaved?), scallops were rubbery and the lunch entree at Splash was totally tasteless. Other members of our party, reluctant to express to our host how mediocre our meals were, had the same poor experience, three days in a row! Next year when they visit I will insist that we go elsewhere, or have pizza delivered! There are so many wonderful restaurants to choose from in Bellevue, there’s no reason to return to either of these, even if it is convenient.
They have a great selection on the menu, the food came out quickly and it was very healthy and flavorful. Their breakfast is amazing as well and the bar is very quaint and comfy.
Okay decent menu in a club...
Great hotel bar. If you stay in the hotel you get a $25 credit for eating here. Breakfast is also good on the restaurant.

Its part of the hotel, it had big functions on, I should have seen the red flags already. The service was pleasant but not great. The starter tasted great, but like a master piece, it missed the finish . The main course was not cooked as expected, they offered to recook it, but I be here all night. The dessert arrived, chocolate cake, warm with ice cream. The spoon came 5 minutes later and the expresso 10 minutes after all of that. It was a good meal, hence three stars, but it could have been five I fit details was there. If there again and not a big party on, I will try it again, if they have a private party on, I will go elsewhere
The service at the bar, especially when Shawna is working. Happy hour burger is great, but you only get a 30 minute window to order it so be ready at 10 PM. It's a bit dark in there sometimes.
No one even greeted me.
This was a very special dining experience. I would say the only semi-disappointing part of the evening was the wine pairing. It was a very unique pairing that included Port, Sake, Riesling, and Rose in the middle of the meal and didn't feel like a natural progression. I also wanted a bit more of an explanation of how/why the wine pairs well with the food, not the dollar value of the bottle. That being said, the food was fabulous and worth a try for a special occasion. Plenty of food, you will not leave hungry!
Be prepared friendly slow service.
