Place used to be good. Had kids here during summer office days and they enjoyed the shake. With more RTO, they are not ready to spend time to fill shakes during lunch and rather serve online and in store food orders. The person at billing said come during downtime. This is the second time been turned away from getting shakes for kiddos. They should take the signs off saying that order shakes here. Such a disappointment.

Ordered lunch from these guys twice via Grubhub. First time they waited till about an hour after lunch was supposed to arrive to let me know that they were too busy and had to cancel my order. I had to reach out to get a refund. Accidents happen so I decided to give them another chance the following week. This time they were nice enough to notify me about 15 minutes before my food was supposed to arrive that they were too busy and that they were cancelling and refunding my order.

This place is my top choice for veggie sandwiches and soup. The staff is exceptionally friendly & efficiently manages both in-person and online orders. The interior, adorned with historical Bellevue photos and artifacts, creates a cozy ambiance. Food is good, with every customized detail of my order attended to. It's the dedicated staff that ensures my frequent return. A heartfelt thank you to the team for meticulously preparing and thoughtfully packing my lunches on time.

Well I tried Potbelly and it must be the people that own this place that have the Potbelly!! Sure the chili was good but wth this is a $10 chili. Rip off alert!!! What are you trying to get rich off your customers!!! Scammers!! $10 sandwich where's the beef!!!! This place is yawn and done!!

Easy to get to.Sandwiches are very salty and sweet. They are too full of meat in my opinion which I recognize is a problem many people want to have with sandwich shops.The people working here are nice.

Young lady named Stefani was short staffed for open (I know it happens) was working her absolute butt off. Got my order out fast as ever while doing a ton of other tasks. Had a great attitude and made conversation to boot.

First world problems-Update: So I decided to give this place a second chance……got a chocolate shave in a styrofoam cup with a paper straw. Not even 1/4 way through and the straw started to collapse.Just a thought for you guys, don’t use paper straws for milkshakesOriginal review:When to place an order for a milkshake and they told me they were too busy. Come back later. Awesome job people.

I can't say much of their food, because never actually got any sandwiches. Instead we got yelled at and turned away..... worst management ever.We tried to order lunch online but our order was denied due to it being busy. Then we called. Denied again and were told to come in to order.When we got to the store, we were told they were too busy, and that we should have ordered online. Wait what?!?! Shouldn't a business appreciate patrons??When we were asked how many sandwiches all together we said 8. We were then told that if our order was too big to take online or over the phone, we just shouldn't have come. When I asked for their corporate number after being yelled at by the manager and by an associate who wasn't even part of our conversation, I was told they didn't have it and she walked off. When I asked the manager to step aside so we could chat privately instead of me being humiliated in front of all these guests, she said "no. I already told you, I'm busy!" Worst management I've ever seen. I wish I would have recorded this but alas, I didn't expect to be yelled at for trying and ordering lunch...

After a year of ordering a Wreck my way, substituting one meat for another and a different type of cheese, I was told they couldn't custom make my sandwich the way I wanted anymore without charging me about 30% more! Looks like all they want is your money and not to make you a sandwich the way you would like it. Probably my last time at that Potbelly.
