I tried one of protein bowls at Pressed and it was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. The ingredients tasted clean and balanced, and it was the perfect healthy option for a quick meal. Definitely something I’d come back for.

Service is a hit or miss but really enjoyed the tropical froyo with mango/strawberry along side bee pollen. The vanilla was down but when I went back the next day I had the vanilla and it was the nastiest thing I've ever tried. The customer service was great the first night and not the second...
I did enjoy the pressed mini juices gut health and wellness, was not much of a fan of the immunity
Heads up: minimal table if you get it to eat there

They were supposed to open at 8AM. Ordered online and scheduled to pick up at the next day earliest spot at 8:10. Upon arriving at the store at 8:02 but the entrance gate locked. The first staff arrived at 8:16 and closing the gate for preparation until 8:23. Walked in the store for pickup and requested to order a beauty bowl to go but was no so friendly informed that I would need to wait for additional 20 min…

Incidentally, this was the third occasion I had visited this location during early morning hours, and on each prior instance, the establishment failed to open punctually.

I drove 35 min to pick up an order (after getting an email saying the order was ready) only to get there and find them not open at 8:50am. So much wasted time, never got my order, had to get a refund.
They were supposed to open at 8am.

The bowl was good but the worker (working today at 5:00pm) was dismissive and rude. She got my order wrong, didn’t put in 3 whole toppings that should’ve been in my order, did not understand what I wanted, and overall ruined my experience here.

Was not able to try a sample, did not take our order even tho we where next in line and decided to go ahead to start charging customers behind us, maybe provide extra help to service summer warmer seasons?

Be ready to wait 1-2 hours for your order to be made on DoorDash. Everytime I order from here the driver has to wait in store for 20-30 minutes wasting their time because they cannot meet demand. Don’t work with delivery service companies if you can’t be timely at all.

They were out of the bowl I wanted and when I ordered the energy bowl acai, the acai was almost liquid and grainy. Not sure what's going on with the quality from this location but I recommend making the drive to the Issaquah location instead.

I was pretty disappointed by my açaí bowl here. The acai “protein” option is nowhere close to true açaí and didn’t keep me full for even an hour.

The food was good. However, I’m extremely upset because of a female staff member who was working around 7:10–7:15 PM on Sunday, May 18th.
We went in person to place an order, but she told us they couldn’t make it due to a “machine issue” — even though it wasn’t closing time.
But when I got home and placed the exact same order through DoorDash, it went through just fine. That’s unfair and honestly unacceptable.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I’m writing this because of how poorly we were treated. If you’re the staff member reading this — don’t forget that this is your job. Because of you, I left feeling upset and disrespected.

For the 3rd time I've received the wrong order. It's always from the employee who is working the closing shift. Tonight at 8:15, May 11th at 5:11, and April 27th at 7:27, I received the wrong order. For the first order, I ordered an acai bowl and received a tropical bowl with an immunity shot that I never ordered. I'm assuming because they knew they cleaned the machine too early and figured that would help. And for the other 2 orders, I specifically ordered a bowl without mango and added other modifications as well and they were too lazy to even read the reciept. I got mango in both without any modifications. Everything is literally listed on the receipt that they tape to the bag and they're just too lazy to even read it. Would if I had a severe allergy? I'm hoping a manager reaches out to me and addresses this issue because whoever is working the evening shift clearly has no care about their job whatsoever.
