It's normally pretty tough to give lower than 2 stars, but this is definitely one of those exceptions. This is probably the first time I've had to just not eat after ordering. Restaurant is also almost empty at dinnertime. It is chinese and mexican run.
-Ramen broth is honestly lower quality than an instant ramen. Noodles are ok. Chashu is almost all fat, and the parts that are there aren't worth rating either. Broth is watered down. -Calamari is clearly made in house considering how soggy and much lower in quality it is than chains known to buy from sysco -Tobiko is alright but fish is not; sushi rice is mushy and has way too much vinegar. Tempura is also soggy. Crabmeat also tastes like almost nothing (extremely low quality + very little mayo or seasonings)

There was no wait for the table and upon sitting down we were treated to a light and relaxed atmosphere where the wait staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food itself was very satisfying and left nothing to be desired. I will be sure to come back and enjoy more of the same.

The interior and decoration reminded me very much of ramen houses in Japan, major points for authenticity! The food came quickly and was good. I found the ramen to be a 7.5/10 - met all the basic requirements but was not elevated in a meaningful way. I found the Tonkotsu pork to be a bit chewy and hard to work through with just chopsticks.

I like the vibe and location of this place; the food is decent and the service staff is cool. However, what makes me nervous is the sushi chefs talking nonstop with one another while prepping raw food -- they don't wear masks or hairnets/caps either, so might not be the cleanest.
