This was our first time going to this regions bakery and we ordered a mango mousse cake for my daughter's birthday. Noticed a moldy strawberry but we ate the cake anyway. Next morning she THREW UP the cake before school and continued to have diarrhea! Called and told them to keep their cakes fresh and CHECK to see if anything is bad so hopefully they will be more careful. DO NOT sell cakes unless you know for sure they are safe to eat is that not common sense?

Unfortunate that this location is now closed. I know that they have others, but I will forever miss their adjoining Chinese restaurant (that I feel like not enough people knew about post-covid). I grew up with this place and will miss it so much. I'll still get my birthday cake here every year, I'll just do it at the factoria location now!

Regent Bakery in Factoria got great baked goods, their sponge cakes are soft, light, and just the right amount of sweet—absolutely delightful. The turnip cake is flavorful with a nice texture. Everything I tried was fresh and well-made. The staff was friendly and helpful, definitely a spot worth checking out.

When I visited here I bought the coffee bread, I can’t remember exactly what it was but it was a coffee flavor pastry. I also got a cream puff. Both items had no taste, texture was ok but it just didn’t taste like much.. I spent about $8-9 for both, which is very pricey considering the cream puff was the half the size of my palm. How to improve? Cream puff was very soggy, they should try to pipe the filling before a customer buys it. Please add more flavor to the filling!! This suggestion goes to the other pastry I tried. The flavors need more love.

Everything I have tried is delicious with bold flavors, and just the right amount of sweetness!
The coffees and other drinks are just as delicious and packed with great flavors.
The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any selection. An absolute must visit if you are in the greater Seattle area!
