Fantastic pizza dough

Best pizza in seattle. It’s a brewery with great Roman pizza. What’s that? Oval brick oven pizza with dough that’s been fermented for 4 days so you can call it health food. Honestly, it’s thick, chewy and delicious. The beer and cider are good too. Love this place!

Great pizza and beer.

Good pizza, good beer. Will definitely go again.

Of the 5 beers I had in the flight all were excellently executed examples of the styles. Pizza was good, beer was great.

They serve crowlers to go. As a resident in western seattle I would love it if it was possible to find their beer on this side of the lake.

🍻here’s to you brewmaster, keep doing what you’re doing!

Stumbled upon this hidden gem of a brewery in Bellevue, and I’m so glad we did! It’s tucked away in a strip mall with plenty of parking, offering a casual, seat-yourself, neighborhood vibe.

We were greeted right away with a friendly ‘hello, be with you soon.’ Despite appearing to be the only one working and busy, our server Alison was super friendly, attentive, and offered great recommendations. Since it was our first visit, she gave us an overview of the menu and explained the option to order via QR code.

I’m not usually a beer drinker, but I thought when in Rome! So I tried the grapefruit beer, and it was light, refreshing, and a pleasant surprise. My friend ordered a flight and was happy with the taste and variety.

We shared the meatballs and the Triple Trouble, and both dishes were fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious, not to mention super filling! Unfortunately, we didn’t save room for the recommended lava cake, but that just gives us a reason to come back soon.

Highly recommend checking this place out!

Great spot for a beer and the wings were good.

Tasty food. The cowboy was a 3.5 (my friend's input), the velvet green was 4.5. I'll say that I altered the velvet green: I swapped the pesto for red sauce, no dairy (sub vegan cheese) and added a balsamic glaze. Red pepper flakes and chili oil! Heck yeah 😁

Nicely done on the crusts, the inside could have been a bit better.

Perfectly placed TVs

Boardgames or a deck of cards would be nice for the table space.

Big salads are big! Could share 3-4 ways as an appetizer. Pizzas are tasty. The crust is done well. And of course the beer selection is varied and tasty.

Good company, good food.

Delicious pizzas. One was Triple Trouble pizza; pepperoni, salami, crimini
mushrooms, mozzarella, parm-reggiano, peco-romano. We modified it from red pizza sauce to none. The other was sausage, crimini mushrooms, red onions, chili flakes, mozzarella, parm-reggiano and peco-romano modified without red sauce. The crust had a very light texture and was absolutely delicious. There are other items I'd like trying in the future; salads, calzone, other pizzas. If you like pure taste and light textured flavorful crust~ you'll find it here!

Resonate is a Newcastle staple, the friendly neighborhood brewery that welcomes families and beer enthusiasts alike.

For me personally, Resonate is the spot for great food: pizza to die for, spinach/artichoke dip and wings that are delicious! Their beers are ancillary to the experience a cozy spot to dine - Mostly basic beers of light, dark, hoppy and a sour/fruit or two - a dad beer kind of place, which goes with the theming of the restaurant. A warm family/neighborhood spot.

The food was all quite expensive, the waiters/waitresses never helped out, even when you put up the little sign that asked for their help, and on top of all of that, the food (at least the pizza and breadsticks) had absolutely no flavor.
