I don’t really make Google reviews but I had to for this place because what I had to go through today was quite outrageous. Came here for lunch for the first time and it will definitely be my last. Arrived at around 12:05pm during my lunch break. I tried to call ahead to put in my order over the phone but they did not pick up. I called them six times but decided to just order once I’m there. Walked in with another group of three strangers. The three strangers ordered before me and we ordered back to back (four separate orders). The lady in the front told me and the other group that it would take 20 minutes for the food to come out. After about ten minutes the food came out for the three gentlemen and they left. I expected my food to come out but about five minutes later it wasn’t coming, so I went to ask if my order would be ready soon. The lady forgot my order and asked what my order was…I told her it was Pad see ew with chicken spice level 3. She said that it would take another 20 minutes since they had made a mistake and forgot to make my order. I was quite disappointed but I decided to just wait for the food since I already waited. Another 20 minutes passed and I got impatient as waves of people came and went. I asked again about my order and once again the kitchen/the lady in the front forgot my order again. She said it would take another 5 minutes, but it seemed like she didn’t care. No apology from anyone for their mistake, just stone faced with no emotion. At this point, I was quite upset because I ordered at the same time as the three strangers that I came in with but I was still here 40 minutes later. More people came and ordered and I just felt like the care and the service were non-existent. I came up to the front again to ask for the third time about my order that I put in about 40 minutes ago. The lady again with no care and empathy just said here it is, as it was coming out of the kitchen window. The demeanor and no care attitude of the lady just made we want to get a refund especially when they can’t even get one order right. Not only that but three times I had to go up and ask about my order and they kept on forgetting it after I paid. I got the refund and left the place very upset (left at 12:49pm). I understand that places such as restaurants can get busy but the aura of the lady in the front and miscommunication of the kitchen is just mind boggling. I haven’t experienced this ever and I guess I can consider myself lucky but this experience stood out as one of the worst I had ever had. Had to wait a little over forty minutes, wasted my lunch time, didn’t eat lunch because I lost my appetite, and had to remind the lady in the front three times about my order and if it was going to come out soon. I am sitting in the restaurant and Im literally the only one there for that long and the lady looks at me like she never seen me and keeps forgetting my order? Im never coming back here and I will be sharing my story of this place to everyone that wants to eat around the Bellevue area. Rice N Spice is a no go and Im ready to deter people from going here because I believe that what I experienced today shouldn’t be experienced by other customers as well. Avoid this place! Go to the other restaurants in Bellevue and you will get service and food like you would expect to get. Didn’t even get to taste the food because the service sucked so much, never have I had that happen to me. Hope this place goes out of business and I will be smiling through their window when they do.

I visited a few weeks ago, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The waitress was quite rude when I tried to customize my order. She abruptly told me to "just say vegan" and not to provide any additional details. When I explained that I was unaware of this, she repeated, "just say it." And, the food quality was subpar, and the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired.

Highly recommend the spicy eggplant. I am hyper particular about dishes containing eggplant but this dish is absolutely delicious. The eggplant is perfectly prepared and goes great with a side of roti.

The amount of Panang curry that you get for $20 if way less than what other Thai restaurants give you. Definitely not worth the price.

Little hole in the wall Thai restaurant, Limited seating. So doing takeout would be a good option, but we grabbed a small table in the cornern and ate there. Portions were large and price was affordable. I got the Chicken Pad Thai and a side of Spring Rolls. I ordered the pad thai with a "heat level" of 3, but could easily have went with 4. It didn't really seem spicy to me, but maybe that's because I'm from Texas. Maybe that is considered spicy around here. It was tasty though. Drink options are limited to bottled water and canned soda.

Excellent service attitude and great tasting food for a reasonable price. However not many sit-down locations.

I recommend the drunken noodles, Phad Kra Pao, Pad Thai, or any curry, and the lunch combo gives a good sample of many things.

This spot don't hit for me spice levels not there and just alright food. Things I've tried only taste and aroma I get is fish sauce. This one the best thai bellevue got to offer? Dang.
