This place makes sushi a best sushi roll

Don't order take out from Rolls and Rolls + Sushi unless you want to unpack the entire bag right there at the restaurant to make sure they gave you everything you paid for. Otherwise they will not even consider giving you your money back for anything they left out. Nice little racket they got going on.

This place filled an expensive order for me, left out 2 items, then refused to reimburse me for the sushi I paid for but didn't get. Apparently its restaurant policy.

They instead offered me a chore. They would finally make the sushi I already paid for, but only if I drove all the way back to pick it up. IDK how you do take out, but if you're cool with all that, then Bon....literally wait for it.....Appétit.

We ordered 10 items from this restaurant tonight. My friend, who was in Bellevue, picked up the order and drove it to my house in Seattle, where she also lives. Upon opening thr bag and sorting through all of the food, we discovered that they had left out 2 Avocado Rolls. My friend called them and asked for a refund for those 2 rolls that she paid for, but which they didn't give her, and they told her they couldn't refund her.

**Tl;dr: Don't eat here - if they leave food out of.your order, they will not refund you.**

**Editing to respond to the restaurant's claim below that she asked for a full refund - no, she did not. I heard the whole conversation. You kept interrupting her when she tried to say "I'm asking for a refund for the 2 avocado rolls." You replied over and over that it is your policy not to give any refunds.

Horrible Experience – Deserves Less Than 1 Star
I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. We were misled by the reviews, but the experience was worth -4.6 stars.
The waiter refused to push two tables together for our group of six – even though the tables weren’t bolted down, he insisted that they were for some reason. Then, the server just couldn’t understand that I wanted to order for everyone, insisting each table had to order separately, despite us paying on one bill. Somehow, this still justified a mandatory 20% tip (for party over 5) for service that barely existed. To top it off, the food wasn’t fresh at all – just awful. Very expensive as well! Never coming back! There’s a reason why it’s usually empty.

This is by far the best sushi I've ever had in my life. Definitely the best sushi restaurant in all of WA state. A hole-in-the-wall gem! If you find this place, you are blessed by the sushi gods. Every time my husband and I go to a different sushi restaurant, we always think - we should have just gone to Rolls and Rolls. The Salmon Platter is so buttery and the fish melts in your mouth, the texture is just divine. The miso soup is so refreshing, and their specialty rolls all have perfect proportions and are well made.

The service is some of the best I've ever experienced at any restaurant - it's a family owned place and the son is the waiter. He is very courteous and careful about when he comes over to ask how things are going, and always seems to come at the perfect times when we need something.

The atmosphere is great, only a few tables, and classical music playing in the background. You can see the parents making the sushi right there and they will greet you and say goodbye as well when you leave.

If there is one sushi restaurant I could recommend, it would be this one. It's a must-try.

Parking: Parking is very easy, there is a parking garage right next to this place with plenty of open spots always.

I have heard about this place and how great it is for a long time. Unfortunately, this restaurant doesn't have any parking and the location doesn't have many public parking spots to use, so this has prevented me from going more times than I can count. I recently found out that I can solve the parking problem by ordering take out. The roll I had was excellent and the salad was also great. Because my experience with their menu is low I can't say everything is great, but I did get the impression that the place was clean and cared a lot about quality. I will definitely return. The price point is a little high, but this isn't a surprise in downtown Bellevue for being a sushi spot. I will definitely be returning and trying more things in the near future.

We ordered a takeout for two people and asked if we could actually eat it inside. The restaurant was empty but the server said No. We asked why, and they just said “it’s not allowed”. No other reason. We had to go find a table at the nearby restaurant and they were kind enough to allow us eat it there instead. Such a strange rule.
Also, the avocado in my roll was hard as a rock.
Do not recommend.

This was my first visit to Rolls and Rolls. It is charming, wonderful, sparklingly clean and has incredible music. Everyone dining here was having such a good time and clearly loved their food. Daniel was my server, and he was delightful, exceptionally attentive, always smiling, and a very good waiter. I had the Unagi Don, and it was amazing and fresh and a very filling meal. It came with miso soup. I will certainly be back again and again. I could not be happier to have found this place in my orbit.

It was a cozy and warm atmosphere and all employees were so friendly. I ordered a Tuna tataki and it was amazing! I like the seared smell and taste. It was savory!

Horrible food and service. Fish wasn’t fresh and the roll I ordered was burnt. I asked staff for a refund due to the poor quality, and they told me they couldn’t help me. Things happen but customers should be treated with more respect. Avoid this place.
