Rolls and Rolls + Sushi

Cute place and great service, but the food is just disappointing. For starters, if I’m paying 23$ for a bento, I expect it to be in an actual bento box rather than a plastic takeout container. The rolls and the components in general are underwhelming and could definitely use some creativity and flavor. It just felt like slightly above what’d you get at a grocery store and I expected more.

Although the service was good, there was 5 pieces of fish for a $25 chirashi don and the fish was not fresh.

Everything we had was phenomenal, a true blend of quality ingredients and artistry. Some of the best sushi I have had.

Service was prompt and courteous.

Atmosphere is quaint, the feeling of a hole in the wall place that you just stumble upon.

I had the Yummy Bento and it was delicious. The fish was very fresh and tasted fantastic and the miso soup was warm and comforting. They have a Korean-Japanese fusion sauce they put on the cubed salmon that is one of the best things I have ever tasted. The atmosphere was very comfortable and cheery and the service was wonderful! Everyone was very kind and friendly!

Loved this place. Small but very cozy and friendly. One of the best jasmine hot tea I've tried around so far. Reminded me taste from China. Fast serving, attentive staff, great taste. Lunch for 2 cost us about $50. Would definitely visit again!

This is a hidden gem! I love their playgirl roll which is just perfect, it's an explosion of flavour in your mouth at each piece. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is quick. Most highly recommended!

My wife and I absolutely LOVE this place! It is smaller and quieter than most sushi spots in Bellevue/Seattle but it is by far our favorite. We have ordered a variety of their rolls and dishes but we now have out usual order of:
Tuna Roll
Caterpillar Roll
Yellowtail Tataki

It is such a hidden gem and don’t be fooled by the “fancier” places around. This is our go to sushi spot. We are unfortunately moving out of the Bellevue area but will still try to come back at least every other week. That’s how much we love this place. The service is also kind and welcoming. Just a great spot!!

My husband and I love Rolls and Rolls. The best sushi in Bellevue. It’s a hidden gem and I’m protective over it because I don’t want it to get too busy haha! But I want them to be the busiest since they deserve all the attention.

Their sushi is so good and they even remember my and my husband’s orders since we go there so often.

Service is impeccable and I love their food. We get the tuna roll, caterpillar roll, and yellowtail tataki!!

Maybe the best sushi I've ever had. Rice was unbelievable - each grain was treated with such care. Salmon and hamachi were so fresh and fell apart in the mouth. Service was perfect - extremely gracious host and fast / efficient. 👍👍

rolls is the kind of place you need to have the right expectations for.

is it the best sushi in seattle? no.
is it incredibly well priced for bellevue? yes.

also, the constant classical music, extremely friendly and good service, and well curated vibe make it a favorite.

i do wish they had more than sapporo (a nice super dry?) but really its just a very good weeknight spot.
