Older aged woman server here is so racist—-she roll her eyes on you and seems like she hates her job. Being that said I am a brown skin person who loves to eat korean food—-its unfair when you are treated so badly esp as a paying customer. Wont be back to this location again for sure.

Chicken wings tasted bad, feels like the wings were not prepared properly or the food was not fresh

Pretty good portion sizes for what you pay, considering it’s downtown Bellevue. The chicken tenders are a tasty treat. They’re super crunchy and is served piping hot out of the fryer. The bowls are good too, however the spicy pork one is very oily. I wanna love it but it’s given me a pretty bad stomach ache on multiple occasions. The servers are pretty busy making food with ordering done entirely via tablet so not much in the way of customer service, however I haven’t had an issue with it yet.

Placed an order through Uber Eats, and after waiting 2 hours for the food, the order was cancelled. No explanation and no food. Unacceptable.

The spicy pork burrito was huge and full of flavor, though it did have a bit too much rice, so some bites were mostly rice. The Sweet and Spicy Wings were fantastic—hot, crunchy, and super tasty, just like they were made to order.
We were hoping for quicker service since it’s a food court spot, but it took about 15 minutes to get our food, even with only one person ahead of us. I think the fried chicken took a bit longer to cook. We were looking for something quick before our movie, so the wait was a little longer than expected.
Overall, it's a good place, and I’m excited to go back and try the bowl options!

Ordered the 6 piece chicken tender combo. It’s MASSIVE and so juicy. Very well fried. Good value for money since the portion is probably for two adults.

I'm a big fan of the Bothell location (5 stars by the way) but I was hugely let down by this Bellevue location after visiting on a Saturday evening after the movies. Still giving it 3.5 stars for the food because I like this style and the flavor, but the service just drags it down further.
Main points about the food:
- Multiple chunks of crunchy dried rice. This wasn't slightly undercooked rice, this was completely dried, like rice bits that got stuck outside of the cooker and then swept into your bowl when they served it... Kept having to spit it out, and all 3 of my companions had the same experience (both white and purple rice)
- I got the spicy pork and it was significantly less spicy than the Bothell location. Disappointing (1.5/5 spicy compared to 3/5). Also, possibly biased but it felt like less meat to me.
- There was actually a solid chunk of chicken mixed in my pork. It had the spicy pork sauce, so it must have been mixed into the whole container before serving, and it tasted great but bodes really ill for their sanitary and cross-contamination practices...
- The mashed potatoes was crumbly rather than creamy (ok this was a minor issue)
Other issues:
- Atmosphere is non-existent as this location is in the Lincoln Square South food court which is still half closed down
- No service to speak of since you order on their big touch screens to the side even when there are no other customers around. Unlike other locations, don't expect to look at the toppings in person, or ask for more/less sauce, etc.
- Even when they call your name and hand you your bowl, during that one opportunity of service, there are no smiles, no offer of utensils; oh, and also no acknowledgement of your person as you stand and wait either.
Not saying any of this is super unexpected, but I can't exactly give 5 stars for this kind of service.
Ultimately though, it's really the food (esp. the rice!) that disappoints. Please take some tips from the Bothell and Kirkland locations! Crunchy rice is just ridiculous and makes it impossible to recommend or serve to others, and this is definitely making me reconsider having Seoul Bowl cater my future event.

We stopped at Bellevue Square to walk around and grab lunch before heading home to Vancouver BC after work 2-week road trip.
After all these years, there still isn't a decent food court in the shopping complex. The little food court at the Lincoln Square section of the shopping complex was the only food court we could find on the legend and we were not expecting much. After a very quick walk around of the vendors (there were less than a handful), we decided on Seoul Bowl. They did not have fried chicken so I ordered the fried tofu sandwich.
I'm glad they did not have fried chicken. I could have fried chicken anywhere. The fried tofu sandwich was amazing. The crust was light and crunchy and the tofu itself was dense. The sauce was rich and tasty and the bun was soft. Every single bite was a delight.

Unfortunately making customers wait 30min during lunch is a bad experience.

I went to soul bowl on Labor Day and was met with the kindest server. He’s very busy, but has time to make the food right and your experience right. What a nice person. Had the tofu bowl. Delicious thank you

Beyond slow service. They accused someone else for “taking my food” instead of accepting they didn’t make the food. I asked for a refund since I was running late for work and the lady at the counter said they don’t do refunds. No one knew where my order was so I had to ask for a receipt to show them. They then said they didn’t “make it yet” but how is that possible if “someone took your food”. I got my food after seeing everyone get there’s first (approx. 21 minutes) and to top it off, my order was SUPER DRY.
Thanks for letting me get written up at work for being late over food!!! Not coming back.
Also, refusing a refund for food/service you didn’t receive is theft! I sound crazy but this rodeo was something I’ve never experienced before.

Not what I was expecting from a food court location. Reasonably priced for the huge portions. Flavorful food. Great presentation.
Definitely going back. Menu board is basic but the ordering system allows you to order sides, modify your order etc.
The spicy pork had a great kick to it. The bulgogi bowl was flavorful. The burrito was huge.
