Got the tofu bowl with purple rice. Definitely recommend as a bibimbapish meal with plenty of customization options. Saw a few complaints below, but the whole operation has changed a lot since then. Very different look of the bowls and super cute, cohesive branding.Partner is always on the hunt for good fried chicken in Seattle Metro area, and says this is the best Korean chicken in the area in a while. Didn't manage to get a picture fast enough bc the chicken was too good apparently.

It was my first time here and I got the spicy pork bowl with all the toppings. It was pretty tasty and portion size was good. I was satisfied but I'd probably try something else next time.

Didn't even know it was there but was in the mood for Korean food. Ordered the spicy pork and kalbi. My grandmother's kalbi is generations old so it's a high bar to live up to. All things said it was great. It's a bowl with tasty, pickled things, and meat with sauce. Delish. The kalbi is not grandmothers but, none of it is. I'm going back for sure.

The service was fast and clean. I ordered a custom bowl with BBQ chicken, every bite was a symphony off flavors. Quite strong, but amazing if you can handle it. One of the best poke places.
I love this place! Food is tasty, served in large portions, and comes quick! The bowls are quite generous for what you can put in them and a fair price. The chicken sandwiches are delicious and spicy and come with a great amount of fries! I definitely recommend the sandwiches - super crispy on a brioche bun.

Seoul Bowl is located on the top floor of Lincoln Sqaure near the elevators. Convenient location! Easy ordering via a touch screen and plenty seating around the vicinity. The food was just okay, similar to a "chipotle" style concept of making your own bibimbap. I liked all of the options you can add but some of the toppings were just okay and didn't seem very fresh. Overall good spot for a quick meal. Next time would love to try their fried chicken!

The food is very good !! quite excellent. But I say the service is equally very good and very kind servers. I have to say they're especially kind to the senior and help me when I can't figure out what sauce to put on or what I'm doing. Lol. I continue to have lunch there and take my family, partly because of the servers and the food seems clean and delicious. I want to give special recognition to Artitaya. She's very kind and patient. Just the best! It can not be easy working with hungry people every day but all of them do such a fine job and I hope all are recognized in someway. Thank you. Seoul Bowl.
I've tried Seoul Bowl once at an older location that had closed down. So, I happy to see it open up here so that I can try ot again. We got the Bulgogi Kimchi Fries, a Seoulritto, and a Build Your Own Bowl. We enjoyed everything. We already couldn't wait to come back to try more food.

This is some form of Korean fast food, think chipotle but Korean version. I didn't think it was that great (flavor tasted the same throughout the entire bowl). Sauce was a bit overwhelming

My go to dish here is usually the BBQ Chicken bowl. The chicken is always so flavorful and I can’t get enough of their homemade pickled radish :) However, tonight I tried their kalbi korean fried chicken. The wait time was long because they were super busy, but it was so worth it! 10/10
