Shake Shack Bellevue Square

We ordered a couple burgers and a drink and it took more than 20 minutes for the order to come. We have come here before over the months, and this has continued. There definitely needs to be a change in speed that food gets prepared.

Tell me, what’s the point of having a pick up window if the staff avoid opening the window? The staff have a light and a doorbell… I can hear the doorbell and see the light from outside… guess you’ll just have to wait 10 minutes for them to decide to acknowledge you instead of staring at you.

Burgermaster is better. Like everything in Bellevue is overpriced. A child size buger, it was good. They have audacity to ask for a tip when they dining area is nasty. Too expensive for an ok burger. We really need food carts in Bellevue with good food that reasonably priced.

Good fries. Worst shake I’ve ever had. McDonald’s shakes are even better and I don’t like McDonalds.

We had wonderful food and very fast! After I left if received a call and had left my wallet behind in the store. Im not feom the area and cant say enough how grateful I am for the quick response and honesty from the employees! Will definitely visit again.

The last thing you’d want in your Burger King burger is someone’s foot fungus, but the last thing you’d want in your Shake Shack burger is… NO BURGER?? :(

I had a wonderful experience at Shake Shack! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They kept checking in to make sure my food was good and asked if I needed any sauces or extras. Their warm attitude made me feel truly cared for and at home. Highly recommend!

The dessert was plated nicely.

Burger was super tasty. Was extremely hot when we got it. Really good experience. Meat was super tender Ky was Amazing and provided excellent customer service

Burgers were SOOOO GOOD! So i wanted to order a 2nd one, but they ran out of order numbers. We had to ask them to replenish the stacks, which was inconvenient, but the food was really good. When they bring the burgers, they have big smile. Good service.

Food takes more than 15 mins and there are no available table tags at the self checkout tablets. They seem severely understaffed for a Saturday afternoon during lunch time. This is very subpar compared to other Shake Shack restaurants.
