The dishes are not greasy and have a unique flavor that we can't find anywhere else.Some of our favorite dishes include the Shahi Paneer which has a creamy and flavorful sauce, the Bottle Gourd lentils, which have a perfect balance of spices and lentils, and the Baingan Bharta, which has a smoky flavor that we can't get enough of. We also love the Cauliflower greens curry, Kadai Tofu, Aloo (potato) Poha, and Maddur vada; I could go on...Overall, I highly recommend SkillAtSpice. I've tried 8 of their dishes so far and they were all great. It's vegetarian and you have to order days in advance, but it reheats beautifully and pairs well with any chicken or fish you care to add.
