To the staff who made my drink this morning and wrote “Stay Blessed!!” on my cup: I want to start by saying: I’m not here to assume the worst about you. I don’t know what kind of day you were having. But that note felt less like a blessing.
I don’t own you an explanation for how I like my coffee, but since it feels like I was silently judged for my order, let me spell it out - not for validation, but in hopes you might think twice before doing this to someone else.
I ordered a triple expresso with a splash of whole milk and soy milk, because I enjoy the combination for the different flavors it can create. Light ice because I don’t want my expresso watered down 10 minutes later. I paid extra $1.25 for adding salted caramel foam, and in a venti cup, not because I wanted more coffee but because I know the foam doesn’t fit well in smaller cups. I just want room for the add-on I paid for. It’s not a TikTok drink with 18 modifications. If making such a simple customization upsets you that much, maybe being a barista isn’t the right fit.
I didn’t come in expecting attitude with my order. But I also chose not to let it ruin my morning. So in return, I say this with the same energy: Stay blessed. Really, life’s too short to be angry over milk preferences. Let’s all try to be a little more respectful, especially in the service industry, where kindness goes a long way - on both sides of the counter.

Bad customer service! HORRIBLE experience!!! After spending $35 on a breakfast order, all I asked was for a cup of water for my son. The attitude that the female employee gave me is unbelievable. So disrespectful! THIS is not the way to deal with customers!

Best Darn Starbucks in America, I lived all over the world and have visited a Starbucks in every place if they have one. The service and the environment on Bellevue Way and Main St is the absolute “Best” !

Worst starbucks ever. I don't understand how this place has a 4 star rating at all maybe they are racist? They never smile or say thank you or simply note your existence when you wait for your drinks and even ignore when you do. There are occasionally good workers but most of the times they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I used to work at starbucks so I know a couple things. The new employees here really need to follow the recipes. They either mess up a pink drink ratio which is not hard to do, or let expresso shot sit wayyy too long that they are extremely bitter and gross tasting. Every single time I wanna give them a chance I ended up wasting my time and energy and money here. I am done. Never going back to this location. Shame on you to bring down another starbucks. So many better locations here some of them even got closed down which is so unfair. What is happening to the world?

Caramel machiato stinks like waste water. Maybe it is the milk? It was my second time I asked for an iced machiato, and it's stinks the same (this place only, non other locations) I had to throw it away it was just not drinkable. The milk left a bad breath in my mouth, and I couldn't taste& smell coffee, but waste eww. Has anyone else has experienced the same?

I waited in line, and paid over $7.00 for a grande soy latte that included a $1.00 tip. I then waited another 15min for my order. The order was never prepared!!! I told the associate that I had paid over $7.00 and had been waiting. She just looked at me and said, “oh, someone must have taken it”. She put her arms in the air and did absolutely nothing! I will never return to that Starbucks again and in fact, I will inform all my family and friends about this experience immediately!!!

Very fun coffee experience. I came in with a photo I saw on reddit of an iced coffee with extra caramel, extra strawberry puree, and whipped cream. The staff, maybe the manager, said wow and we backwards engineered a hot caramel latte equivalent. I can see the universe from the sugar. It's delicious and tastes like liquid gold as my coworker who tried it says.Thank you for the fun coffee! Not something I can do every day since too much coffee makes me shakey but my favorite in a while. Caramel and strawberry flavoring are my favorite.
