This one checks the boxes with some bonus points for being in the Seattle Children's urgent care and therefore catering to tired/stressed parents and providing adequate bribes for children who cooperate at their appointments. Outdoor seating area, enclosed in the summer. Friendly, efficient service. Never had a problem here.

All of the staff/baristas are amazing! I want to specially mention one of the baristas, Conner. He definitely goes the extra mile to talk to customers and even addresses them by name! He definitely should be a manager someday!

Slowest service ever! Today I ordered here and it took 20 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. The birasta made a mess of my drink and I saw her do it and she neglected to clean up my drink before handing it to me. Very unprofessional here.
