Winterstar deserves a raise! They elegantly provided me with ice and remembered my order from yesterday, whilest pouring the ice from the alantic she did so quite fast and with a smile of sunshine! Please provide her with a raise as she has mastered all aspects of customer service and will need to be placed in the highest paying position of the field or I am requesting for her to get a two dollar raise.

Older blonde woman barista rolled her eyes when reading my name instead of just calling out the drink or saying the letter my name starts with or anything else…I’m sure she’s a joy to work with and a customer favorite

I'm really speechless. The staff here can make customers who are waiting in line wait for 15 minutes without being able to place an order, while they keep processing online orders non-stop. Sigh. Maybe online orders are really that important to them.
