These guys are the absolute best. Very friendly and on top of things. No matter how busy, they are fast and accurate. Also would like to recognize staff thats been there for a while for training newer staff to get up to speed. Thank you all so much. 💝

Food and coffee were ok, service was fine, tables way too small and packed together. Would've rated 3 but while I was there, someone brought in a clearly untrained dog which hopped onto multiple surfaces like the serving counter and self-service area in front of staff. The staff didn't bother cleaning any of it and continued serving drinks and food on that surface as if nothing happened.
Will not be returning.

It took exactly 12 minutes for them to make a tall strawberry acai at 11:30 AM. The store was not busy at all and yet no apologies. Why would you roll your eyes? Well, I am not going to this store ever again. Terrible experience

the service is suck here, the staff busy with talking to each other and ask me to wait in front of the desk to wait for their nonsense bullshit to finish, what kind of important things needs so much time to address. They also don’t have basic manner to greeting the customers. And they spend a long time to made the coffee I bought while there is almost no customers inside, Will never come here again.🤮🤮🤮

I use Starbucks almost daily, and 90% of the cashiers were lovely. This was my first time in this location, and I'm very disappointed with their customer service. This is what happened: I was the first on the line, and the cashier named Lizzy ( I'm not sure if I wrote it right) was taking the order for the people behind me. They came after me, and I stood right before her. When the other cashier saw that I was upset he helped me with my order. After that she was the one who made my order so at the end I asked her if I could have ice water and the way she was talking was very rude and refused to help me she told me that I had to order the ICE WATER at the cash register??? Like are you kidding me? How long does that take you to give an ICE WATER
