Unfortunately, I come here as the last resort because they are always slow ..regularly make drinks wrong. No acknowledgment when I walk up just on their phones. Half of the Starbucks items for the hot breakfast are almost every day not available to order. Just all around poorly managed Starbucks.

Why do the employees here seem to resentful of customers? Please have them shower before their shifts. They literally look dirty.
