Always remember me and my Drink

At the drive-through today, the employee said she couldn’t hear my order, so I repeated it several times. When I spoke louder so she could hear, she suddenly yelled, “Do not yell at me.”
At the window, when I asked why she reacted that way, she repeated the accusation also mentioned there was a lot going on behind her and it was noisy and then slammed the window shut. Make it make sense. Some maners will be appreciated if respect for customers do not exists

I recently visited this wonderful place. I especially liked the service. The young man who works there takes his job very seriously. You can feel his respect for people and his genuine desire to help. After talking with him, you leave in a good mood – as if the day had just become a little brighter. I really liked it.

I left a few minutes ago due to me waiting in line for a few minutes while the cashier was having a conversation with another customer. As I was leaving the cashier said “have a good one” I did not reply. I don’t plan on coming back.

This Starbucks is really nice! The employees are so sweet and welcoming, and everything is always super clean. There’s usually no wait, and it’s a great spot to get work done. Plus, the coffee is absolutely delicious!

Their phone must be broken, or they refuse to answer. Have been trying to call for weeks. The staff is pretty rude overall, one girl named "Isa" is the absolute worst. She refuses to make eye contact and WILL NOT respond to anything you say, not even "thank you." Just acts like an NPC. Its like she doesn't want to be there and really doesn't want you there. We had to stop going because she ruins my morning every time. Please replace the staff with people who don't hate customers.

Wish there were better staff . They so rude and slow . Couldn’t even give change after we spent more than $40 . To catch the bus . Most unfriendly Starbucks where they love to stare you down . Best advice , don’t interrupt them while they having fun. Your coffee will suck and not full.

The quality of drinks has consistently declined, not just at specific times. On one occasion, when I tried to speak with the manager, I was told there was no manager available that day. Additionally, on my birthday, an employee claimed they would discount my drink because of a ‘Birthday’ promotion, but I later realized I was charged the full price. As a regular neighbor and loyal customer, this used to be my favorite spot for coffee with my family, but these experiences have been disappointing
