Employees don’t know how to redeem points for you, ignores what you ask for, not aware of featured drinks(literally on a sign near the store), and coffee tastes bad.

Only one staff making all the orders, so it takes forever to get your order
Should've paid attention to the barista's name. She was so nice! And I found my new favorite drinks! Lavender oat matcha latte, with 2 extra scoops of matcha and 1 extra scoop of lavender.
The slowest service I’ve ever had. This is a very busy location and needs an employee who is sharp and quick.

There were several customers before me, who were waiting for their beverages to be made. I placed my order with the barista and waited. And waited. 20 minutes later, I had my Mocha. What takes so long?? What is happening to the level of service everywhere? Is this acceptable?!?

Pretty standard Starbucks in a target. There were only two baristas on hand during a very busy period but they did great! They were out of a couple things but provided recommendations to substitute our go to items which ended up being very delicious!
