Caramel macchiato was just gross.
I threw it in the trash. No caramel flavor at all. And I drink Starbucks all the time.
Definitely worse Starbucks I have ever been to.

Tried returning/exchanging a brand new cup I was gifted and was told nope. I was told to try selling it instead…what a joke. Don’t buy merchandise here unless you want a huge headache if it ends up not working out. Cups are cheap and break easily.

This is like very other Starbucks. Coffee is expensive and everyone is accepted here.

I come here for pink drinks and frappes with my kids. I have never had an issue with staff. Drinks and quality changes. Today pink drinks were filled over 3/4th of the cup with ice and didn't taste correct. But we still come despite the inconsistent drinks.

Today it was basically empty between 5 and 6 pm. My kids and I sat in the chairs by the fire place. My kids feel so special drinking their drinks and sitting in the starbucks. My kids were behaving extremely well for being autistic and it being empty.

Rebecca felt the need to come and speak to my children about their behavior as we were getting ready to leave. This took me off guard. I had them pick up the wrappers that fell off the tables and go put them in the trash then my kids came back to me so we could leave. Rebecca comes out to talk to them. My children are 7 and 4. 7 yr old is autistic. Rebecca starts talking to them about their behavior. I told Rebecca she needs to address me not my children. I am their mother and if she has an issue I am right here. Rebecca then becomes argumentative with me and says what it's not okay to talk to children now? No it's not. It's not okay to try to punish other people's children or address their normal good behavior. I asked Rebecca if she was the manager Rebecca lied saying she was. Rebecca couldn't tell me the store number or any details. I let her know about how wrong she was. I saw a starbucks business card and saw Rebecca lied about being a manager the manager is Marissabel. I will not be coming back to the location. Rebecca is terrible. Rebecca has ruined the experience. Rebecca is not the parent to my children if Rebecca has any concerns Rebecca needs to adfress the concern with the parents. I wish Rebecca would be more willing to fix drinks when they over ice and make incorrectly as quickly as Rebecca is willing to address people's children.

Why does Starbucks not serve good espresso? The flavor of the Pikes Place drip roast is their best coffee. Lattes are bland.

This Starbucks is my go-to location for remote working. There is a variety of seating - including some outside. I’ve had many productive work sessions here :)In the past I’ve had great, friendly service. That is still the case occasionally, although I’ve had some interactions with staff lately that aren’t as joyful or hospitable. I’ve had more than one occasion where I am charged more or my drink isn’t quite made the same when I order at the counter compared to mobile order. I still recommend this location for the space and atmosphere, however I will probably resort to mobile ordering from now on rather than ordering from the counter.
