Charged me almost $14 for a $7.11 beverage and refused to fix it (charged me for 5 shots of espresso when I didn't order anything with espresso)- Highly recommend just going around the corner to the other Starbucks with workers that actual Starbucks workers that know how to place orders.

it's 6:20am and the woman who works here is setting up chairs. they didn't give me coffee and were rude... i'm disappointed. starbucks pay attention!

This Starbucks is either great or below average. I’m not sure why this Safeway seems to be able to lose its best Starbucks staff—maybe they overwork the good ones who give up and leave. Basically it’s a guess whether you’ll get a good drink or not. Too bad.

WOW. Truly the MOST FANTASTIC Starbucks experience of my entire life. Not only was my beverage delicious, but the service… second to non. Thank you to my barista Tyler. He was kind, genuine and talented. I have never tasted a Starbucks beverage as delicious as the one he prepared for me. Not only did it quench my thirst for a Starbucks beverage, but it Fulfilled me spiritually emotionally. My heart filled with warmth from the second I took my first sip. Until the second I left Tyler had a smile on his face leaving me feeling warm and fuzzy inside. Thank you Starbucks inside of Safeway. You have changed my life and I will never forget this.

Not very great customer service. There are many amateur baristas who do not know how to process orders correctly. I don't blame them, but rather concerned about the corporation for their low level of training.

Very bad experience with the guy who serves, I told him that I wanted a frappé that I saw had gone viral, and he very rudely replied that only those on the menu he can prepare. THAT DOES NOT PREPARE ANY OF TIKTOK
