Disaster in the drive thru just now. They scalded my husband’s latte (trust me, scalded milk tastes like dirty feet) and tried to give me the wrong drink...then blamed it on their “sticker machine”...so we were the car holding up the line forever (sorry). Then when my drink was finally ready they didn’t wipe off the cup/lid and as a result it dripped all over my white shirt. Not up to Starbucks’ standards at all.
