I have been to this Starbucks in Bellevue, WA many times, especially during my college journey. I would to say thank you to Kelly, Ava, Corynne, and the other baristas for all they do to provide myself great service at this Starbucks location no matter what food and drink(s) I order. I really appreciate their service very much. šŸ˜šŸ‘šŸ»

Nice cafe inside, lots of seating (glad to see Starbucks is bringing tables and chairs back😊). Was here 6:30 AM on a Saturday morning and almost no wait for an Americano from the friendly staff. Kind of strange though, no milk at all at the condiment station. And when I asked at the counter, the barista seemed a bit puzzled.šŸ¤” Still a positive experience altogether though.

Went through the drive-thru, and my order was made incorrectly several times.
On my first visit, I ordered a white chocolate mocha with 9 pumps, but they gave me an iced coffee instead.
On the second try, I received a regular white chocolate mocha without the extra pumps I asked for.

When I went back a third time and reminded them that it should have 9 pumps, the employee refused to remake it, saying he was busy and had other orders to make. I explained that I order a coffee and a service— I just wanted the drink I paid for, made correctly.

What was frustrating is that he kept telling me he didn’t have time to fix my drink because he had to serve other customers, yet he spent about 30 minutes arguing with me instead of making my order or helping anyone else. In the end, he told me to leave and threatened to call security, and never offered a refund or a replacement.

I ended up paying $6.89 for a drink I never received and left empty-handed. The whole situation was unprofessional and disappointing.

Honestly, this location should train their employees better or avoid hiring teenagers who don’t know how to make drinks or handle costumer service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company.

Clean environment but no WiFi, from the review their WiFi has been broken since more than 7month ago. Come on, Starbucks with no WiFi??

Very nice baristas, and very few people in the morning. My matcha was great, and I will definitely stop by again, especially since they have a fireplace. So cosy!

My rating is only based on the fact their wifi wasn't working. Hopefully it is fixed soon and I can rate higher cause the service and coffee was good.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The environment is clean and chill. However, the WiFi is not working not sure why, never experienced this in a Starbucks.

Been going to this Starbucks location for many years. Drinks and even food are consistent and decent. Service on most recent visit was not great. Went to pick up hot drink and when asked for a cup of ice lady gave me attitude and told me can you order at the cashier first!? Even though it was empty and there were no drinks being made. I stepped to order the cup of ice and stepped back to get the cup. What was the point of that? Was it to prove something?

Most of the Saturdays after I dropped off my kids for karate’s I always go here to get a pistachio latte and double smoked sandwich for a late breakfast.

I like the sweet voice for any of the barista who takes my order.

It’s better than other Starbucks nearby.

The wait times in the afternoon at this location are completely insane. Please avoid this location if possible. Baristas often do not stir coffee and get orders wrong on the daily
