I went to this location at 5:40 pm on a Friday night hoping to buy a hot coffee. The employee informed me that they close at 6:00 pm and she couldn't give me a hot drink in any form because she had already cleaned the machines. I'm hearing impaired and it was difficult to understand her because she was standing in the back corner of the stand. She did say I could buy an iced beverage, which I didn't want on a rainy 50 degree night. I can understand starting the cleaning process before close, but to not be able to offer any hot drink 20 minutes before closing doesn't appear to be customer forward service. I had run through the pouring rain and was turned away because it appears the employee didn't want to find a solution other than providing an ice cold drink. No sincere attempt to work with me, she appeared relieved that I didn't order and she could return to her closing duties. I should be able to buy your signature product 20 minutes before closing.

Normally I go to Starbucks for an espresso frappuccino. I get the biggest size that they can offer and I always ask for five shots of expresso which ends up costing me a dollar each for those shots now. My friend told me to stop doing that cuz she works at Starbucks and then you end up with most of the shots. You just paid for it at The bottom of their blender thrown down the drain so I started asking for trenta cup for that drink because it's the only cup that actually holds the entirety of the drink once you add in the liquid content of those five shots of expresso. This is a Starbucks that is unwilling to accommodate their customers. A simple ask such as having a cup that fits the drink their ordering It's not like I'm asking them to buy new cups. I'm just asking the pour my drink which will not fit in a venti cup into a trentic cup because I added a bunch of stuff to it but they won't do that so I'm no longer shopping at this Starbucks

I ordered a grande coffee latte, but what I got was a tall. As a loyalist of Starbucks, I’ve never ever received a wrong size cup… Since I was in hurry, I didn’t go back and ask for a change. I would like to say, the staffs are not professional enough taking care of orders.
