I ordered one 12 oz peppermint mocha with 2 pump each syrup, but this is the worst starbucks i have ever had, they gave like 5-6 pump peppermint and no mocha no coffee flavor no milk, it tasty yaaaakkkkkkkk, after just one sip I feel I will vomit right now, the lady who took d order she was so rude not at all made a cup of coffee, the worst experience ever with starbucks, yaaakkkkk

I did not order a cup of hot milk. This should’ve had three shots of espresso in it. Did you guys put any espresso in there or did you just wave the hot milk under the espresso machine to give it the simulation of espresso? Do better for God sake, this isn’t rocket science. Dude, Use a Nespresso if you can’t figure out how to use the fancy Starbucks machine.

Someone named armia or Imra 4 letter name working at Saturday March 7th 8:30-9am was rude to us because I asked her for a bandaids after a cart sliced my hand a bit when she told me she didnt have any (even tho legally they gotta have some) rudely told me to go to customer service. We ordered trenta water, and 2 short mochas and she somehow messedup all of them. Giving me short water ,and putting no mocha in the coffee. Like i dont care if ppl wanna give me adittude, cuz u dont get paid enough to care and i get that but dont mess up coffee so simple or my water because youre mad that I dare ask for one bandaid. It doesnt cost anything to just be kind. When I was about to say something she glared at me so i walked out and made this review. All i want is for her to learn to make coffee for people correctly that dont even give her adittude.

Rude staffs and BAD quality control. I ordered a pink drink today and look what I got. Very little coconut milk and layered, it tastes terrible, doesn’t like pink drink at all. It’s not my first time had really disappointed experience with this Starbucks store, so I finally decided to leave my review. The first time I was with this store, I ordered pink drink and it was made by a old lady, I thought she might be not able to shake and mix the drink very well, so I decided to pass the if. But today it was made by a young guy, and I literally asked him please shake and mix it well. He put the drink in shake bottle no more than 3 seconds and gave me this said it’s done. I ordered online and chose to add strawberry cold foam, I paid the extra $1.25 for cold foam. But when I get my order, the guy said he can’t add cold foam in this pink drink, not because they are out of material, just he can’t add it for no reason, and even NO sorry for that!!!!! Note, that’s not the first time I ordered pink drink with cold foam at Starbucks, NOT even first time ordering pink drink with cold foam AT THIS STORE. But for my previous orders, no one said they can’t add the cold foam on my drink. If that’s Starbucks policy that the cold foam can’t be added to pink drink, I would imagine this option will not be available on their app at all. The staffs here really should get more training on the product, quality control, and the attitude to client. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Came in today ordered a venti light ice pick drink, and I got the drink with half cup of ice. I asked the person who made it that can I have light ice please, she said this is light ice. So half cup of ice = light ice, full cup of ice = normal drink ? 🫠

Staffed with rude, careless staff and dirty food - flies in the glass container holding the sweets. I'll avoid this location the next time. Most likely you will too, since the place closes at uneven times (somtimes 4, sometimes 7). Looks like they don't want to be in business.

Stood in line for 20min only for the barista to say they are closed at 5pm when they are open until 7pm and when I said that she said they are backed up with online orders.

I wonder what the opposite of customer service is because this place has it in oodles. If that's your thing, you should come here more often.

They employ Prissy prima donnas who'd rather turn up their noses at your requests than do their jobs.

The rude server asked me not to take sugar myself and instead ask for it from her since I was 'contaminating' the sugar pouches, and then when I asked her for a stirrer, she just pointed that I could take them myself. I assume the stirrers are self-sanitizing and can't be contaminated?

Why even keep the sugars in? And why stop there, why not have them under lock and key? What do you want me to do, wait in the back of a 10 people long line just to ask for a sugar? Or interrupt you while you're taking someone else's order?

I always wondered how a place could be so empty when there's a constantly heavy footfall of a Fred Meyer customer base right outside it.

Got my answer yesterday. The customer service here is an absolute joke.

Pathetic customer service. Makes faces when you ask for sugar, but when you reach out to grab one yourself, say that they don't want the sugar to be 'contaminated'. Maybe don't work a service job if you don't want your precious life to be 'contaminated' by people?
