I placed and paid for a mobile order at a Seattle Drive‑Thru Starbucks. Though I arrived by rideshare, I was refused service unless I had a car. I was told to wait at a side door, knocked twice, and staff ignored me—when the door finally opened, the staff was rude and slammed the door loudly. Eventually they gave me my drink, but the experience was humiliating. Starbucks should allow walk‑up mobile order pickup per their official policy.

Last week we went to the drive thru to get some drinks. We specifically ordered light ice on our drinks and they filled it more than half with ice. All the time when I order light ice there is actually just a bit of ice but not so much like those ones!!! And imagine that I took the pics of the cups 10 mins later or more…. Anyway, the matcha wasn’t good compared to other stores. Not going to order there again!

On the 04/06/2025 drove to drive-through. I asked to drink that I wanted and they refused because the policy maybe I’m allergic maybe that’s the drink I wanted they refused. It’s the worst service and it’s stupid policy ever. I don’t recommend going to this place And this Indian girl I don’t like you how she pronounced it oh, I’m sorry this is our policy to make the customer come back. You gotta make the drink that they wanted.

Let me just say WOW. The aura radiating off my short pike with cream was so strong I crashed my car! It could only have been made by the beautiful and wise Emily Martinez! She is such a gifted barista I literally can not believe she is not CEO. To further emphasize her aura when I got home my drink jumped out of my hand. I was clearly not worthy. 10/10 recommend the Crossroads South Starbucks. Ask for Emily to make your drink, you will not regret it!

Visited this drive thru location yesterday and got the drink back to office. Found this cap when I am almost done with my drink…I don’t know how this got into the cup as it’s a hot drink and the milk was steamed before pouring into the cup? It’s concerning for safety issue as someone could have accidentally drank it in and disgusting, too. Please be aware of this issue!

As a loyal customer, I have visited many of your stores around the world. All of your baristas here are great, without exception! This is the best Starbucks store for me, and I need to come this store every day to feel fine throughout my day.
I have never seen such an amount of ice in a drink. I couldn’t even get my straw to the bottom. I asked for extra whipped cream and cold foam, and paid extra for them, but I didn’t receive what I ordered.

This Starbucks is near Crossroads Mall with only a drive thru. It’s pretty fast and even with a long line, it’s not too long of a wait as the workers are very efficient. They are also super friendly, providing great service.
