I have never seen such an amount of ice in a drink. I couldn’t even get my straw to the bottom. I asked for extra whipped cream and cold foam, and paid extra for them, but I didn’t receive what I ordered.

This Starbucks is near Crossroads Mall with only a drive thru. It’s pretty fast and even with a long line, it’s not too long of a wait as the workers are very efficient. They are also super friendly, providing great service.
It was at the drive thru at Crossroads (Bellevue WA). Wonderful people, they look like they're having a good time! First time for the bacon, sausage and egg wrap, so good, I'll get that again!
