Went there 3/18/23 around 1:30pm and the guy who hand us coffee was super rude. I go to Starbucks everyday for coffee and the staffs in other locations are always super friendly, not sure what wrong with that guy but it is definitely not a pleasant experience.

This Starbucks was closed becasue of the plandemic. There is a Drive thru in the South parking lot. The staff are wonderful there.There is no longer a Starbucks inside the Crossroads Shopping Center.

There’s always some sort of argument or problem with the way I order here when I have no problems at other locations.
Just to let you know, Google Maps still shows this location as being inside the mall entrance. Not over in the South parking lot.And unfortunately you are drive thru only. Not even a walk up window. Or has that changed?I know, it is what it is.Buona giornata!
