Rude employees always on their phone, she didn't even put a lid on my drink- which is fine because I know starbucks corporate is making them do that, however she didnt even look at me and told me to go grab a lid behind me when there was lids right in front of her. She didnt even fill up my drink the whole way.also the tall black haired male is super rude to me too i dont think I will shop here again after how rude they were to me. very disapointed, theres only one girl there thats nice to me but otherwise its just messed up, starbucks really has gone down hill.

Baristas make drinks to their personal drink preference rather than the Starbucks way. They'll lie to you when you ask them if your drink got the proper ingredients you paid for. They'll cheat you out of ingredients you pay for.

I was just at this Starbucks to get an afternoon pick me up in the form of a flat white (I'm obsessed with these for some reason). Anyway, there was a customer acting a bit erratically. He seemed confused about where the line was (it was fairly obvious to me and a handful of others where the line started, but I digress). He tried to pay for his sandwich at order pick up, where they have no registers. The barista kindly explained to him that the line started at the other end. He responded saying the customer is always right (insert eye roll here), but eventually went to the line. Then while waiting for my drink, the customer became impatient again and started pacing, but the gentleman (I think his name was Nathan) who took my order handled it so professionally. The customer became belligerent, complaining about something or other, and went to try and take it out on the baristas again. But Nathan followed him from behind the counter and said very calmly and sternly, "No, you talk to me". The customer must not have gotten what he wanted from the encounter because he put the sandwich down and left. I was really impressed by Nathan's consistent professionalism and appreciated how he defended the baristas. I just thought that was the very best way he could have handled that situation. Every company, no matter the service, needs to get them a Nathan! Anyone who defends their fellow employees like that is insanely rare and an asset to any team. I will definitely be coming back (I mean, I would be coming back anyway because it's the only coffee shop in walking distance of my office, but whatever!)

Not impressed with this Starbucks, kind of crazy 10 usd for a cappuccino and a croissant, burned my tongue so I had to ask for cold milk and the croissant was pretty average even though it was heated up.

I was so tired and jet lagged from travelling and while their nitro cold brew was not working, I got my backup option and the service was great.Would give it 5 stars but it seems like the Starbucks nitro machine is like the McDonald's ice cream machine...frequently broken but always a favourite!Anyway, happy to come back here next time around!

I work in the neighboring building under construction and I eat lunch here every day. I used to work at Starbucks for 8 years prior and everyone I know that still works at starbucks and in surrounding stores have been (understandably) burnt out and lost their passion for coffee and even connecting with customers especially after Covid hit. I don’t know how this team does it but they are the exact opposite and always manage to stay warm and welcoming and keep everything tidy as well. Not to mention their service is quick despite how many of us construction workers can fill up the area! These are some really good people that put their all into their work/craft.

I only go to this starbucks. Never had a problem with my order and the staff is super friendly.

The sign says they open at 5. It’s 5:20AM. They’re not open. Nor is there any sign of them about to be open, nor is there a note on the door indicating whether they intend to open at all.

Absolutely worst experience ever, customer service is extremely rude, coffee is cold. On top of that I saw how they were accusing one dog owner that his dog peed in their starbucks asking him to leave while he was stating its his first time in this Starbucks. Eventually they admitted that it might not have been the exact same dog but maybe another dog that looked alike. But they still called a security guy to ask a customer leave based on their prejudices. If you are about to start your morning with a warm cup of coffee and friendly customer service, just go to the Starbucks next block, this one will ruin your day.

Kathy (a worker at this star bucks) is rude and a very unkind person when it comes to getting coffee. I have never been so publicly crucifier about my coffee order. I do understand that there are people out there that order really hard and complicated drinks but this is not the case. She has not customer service and when she was told that the customer was right here she stated back "And well I guess you have mess of a drink ready for you." The only thing I have to say about this is that you don't know what other have going on in their life that your rude comments can really make or break a person’s day/ life. Maybe think about it next time before making your personal commitments public.
