Starbucks really needs to fix their customer service. Yuuki and staff was rushing me to order and was not helpful. Corporate will read this review and do nothing but tell me to waste my time and contact them personally

This location seems to be getting neglected and run down . Might be understaffed and may be doing less business. They were out of some coffee beans. May not be their core business going forward. If I had to guess, I would anticipate this location closing by the end of fiscal year 2025. Just spin up a small shop next door in the new hotel and shopping area.
Parking can indeed be tricky here due to the tight parking space (it's in prime Bellevue downtown location after all) and ongoing construction activity nearby, but the manager and the staff make up for the experience through their friendliness and outstanding service. Whenever I place large orders, they go above and beyond to prepare trays, seal the containers with stickers, and place them in bags for easy transport. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager even assisted me in carrying the bags to my car one time! They truly are my favorite Starbucks team.

Ok, here's the deal. Yes, they make correct coffee of your choice. Turnaround is typical. All this doesn't matter if you can't find a parking spot because the location is terrible. I get it, these type of locations are for local brats who live within the area.. None of it matters if you are annoyed drinking coffee that took you 1 hr to park.. So if you're not a local resident that lives 5 minutes away,smack in the middle of downtown, I suggest you don't waist your valuable time.
