Worst experience ever at this Starbucks. They never call out names when drinks are ready, so you’re left standing there guessing if that’s your order. On top of that, mobile orders are often wrong — I’ve received random drinks that I didn’t order more than once. It honestly feels like they don’t care, and at times, the service even comes across as biased. Very disappointing and unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks.

I went to visit this location to get a drink, but I needed to first use the restroom. They denied me the code to the bathroom, and I tried telling them going to the bathroom was a bit urgent and I’d happily buy something after. They denied me the code and said it’s against their policy. It’s honestly disgusting.
Had the best experience at this location today! I walked in and literally everyone who worked here was so welcoming towards me. They wrote a super nice message on my cup and it made my day. Yvonne made my birthday drink! Thank you! Can’t wait to come back.
