Clicked to claim my coupon on my app, then said they don't know how to use Starbucks app coupons at this location. Staff just doesn't seem trained at all, don't try asking for anything with frothed milk (cappuccino, latte etc.) Horrible experience

The barista (new??) became upset when I ordered small cup of water, which I do sometimes to hydrate, she told me to order it from the cashier as they keep inventory. Sorry. Didn't know that and I've been going to this Starbucks for several years and I merely forgot to place an order for water which happens sometimes due to lack of caffeine. She was upset (overworked?)
