The barista (new??) became upset when I ordered small cup of water, which I do sometimes to hydrate, she told me to order it from the cashier as they keep inventory. Sorry. Didn't know that and I've been going to this Starbucks for several years and I merely forgot to place an order for water which happens sometimes due to lack of caffeine. She was upset (overworked?)

The speed is so slow and the operation is a disaster. I asked for a daily brew which usually any Starbucks would just pour you right away. The Batista here took his sweet time and then started to make coffees for other people who came after me. I had to ask twice before they tend to my order. What a joke.
